This store stands out in exceptional customer service. Unlike other Home Depot’s I can always find an employee if I need help. And they are Nice!

It was refreshing to find a knowledgeable plumbing guy.

Alex assisted me with some returns from my flooring project. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also lady helped me in self checkout (I didn’t know how to ring up individual bolts or a piece of lumber with no tag). Store was clean and busy.

Every time I go to this Home Depot the employees are friendly and happy to help.

We have not been to Home Depot in a while and a lot of the reason is due to the horrible customer service or lack thereof. This time was 100% different. The staff was helpful and walked us to the isle needed and provided his recommendation and then once we were checking out the lady , Janice, was extremely pleasant and a joy to deal with. Keep up the good work guys!

Lois was friendly and courteous with my return at Home Depot. Anytime I have been in there, she has greeted me with a smile and is always courteous.

Roxi at the paint desk helped me match the exact paint color I needed from a tiny sample I extracted from my wall. It was perfect!!

Dennis, at customer service desk, in the Pace Fl Home Depot, is absolutely the best sales associate I have encountered at any Home Depot store. He was so very helpful by gathering up and carting the exterior shutters I needed before I drove 30 miles to pick them up. He is a kind, affable person that represents your organization in an outstanding fashion!

The store & it's ratings & employees are great & always have been from the first day it opened. The problem is with corporate & it's increased interest rate.

Jobs that require a employee to help and get the materials you need should really have some sort of help me buzzer or button

Compare to other Home Depot’s and hardware stores, this specific store is very clean and well organized. Friendly staff.

Had to find a few departments and someone assisted in asking me if I needed help each time, all the way to the cashier, Jonathan, everyone was extremely helpful I felt like an episode of The Boss visiting his own store, lol. Keep it up you all, I'll def return for my home needs.

Best place to go for any of my projects from simple painting to full remodeling and restores!.. Oh and of course gardening:)

We moved to Pace 6 weeks ago. Each time we've visited the store, we've had fantastic employees who have made our visits better. From the young man who empathize with us being in the store right before closing to pick up 25 moving boxes (told us his mom does the same thing!), to the lady who walked us up and down several aisles to make sure we found everything we needed (including my husband's sought after Ryobi Link system), to the sweet and patient lady who helped us at customer service with a pick up order (and assured us we got a great deal by buying it online), to the older gentleman who made a rather complex return and repurchase transaction into something easy and efficient. We truly appreciate all the employees, the management who empowers and trains them, and Home Depot supporting their efforts. Keep knocking it out of the park Pace!

Two products that I purchased online needed to be returned to your store for refund. I could not find the order number. Miss Linda, cashier, tried various methods until she found my order number while remaining patient and kind.

The top reason was how the rep took the time to show me the depth of a product to help me decide which freezer I wanted. Pleasant atmosphere!

A store close by was not so friendly,,management, so we went to home depot and I met a woman that knew what I needed. Helen in windows and doors. She was on point with many years of experience. My husband was with me,but she showed him who was boss. Lol. I appreciate her. If you need windows or doors go see this awesome lady. She will get the job done.
