I HAD 5 EMPLOYEES HELP ME ON MY VISIT. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. IT CUT MY SHOPPING TIME PROBABLY IN HALF. I HAVE PROPERTY HERE, BUT I LIVE IN THE DALLAS AREA. I WISH EVERYSTORE COULD HAVE THAT TYPE OF PEOPLE. GREAT JOB!!!!

I bought paint at paris home depot. The results was great.

Gene was great to work with in creating custom made doors for our new office. Very helpful, knowledgeable and even though it was over the phone I could tell he was offering service with a smile :)

We love their paint department because of Nancy!! She knows color and is very knowledgeable about their products! We would probably buy somewhere else if Nancy wasn’t there because she would be hard to replace!

After buying a washer, I got charged over $20 for washer hoses WITHOUT being told about it and customer service was rude. Requested a manager, one was paged but did not come to the desk.

Don't have washers in stock. Bought one to be delivered later and was charged over $20 for new washer hoses without being told. Requested they be removed said they couldn't as was in warranty paperwork but refused to show WHERE in the paperwork it said that. Requested a manager, one was paged but never showed up.

I have never been in this store that someone (an employee) did not ask if I needed help. I find that very refreshing. They are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. As a woman, I do not always know about building items, or electrical or other such items, I find all the employees I have dealt with to be very helpful and friendly. Thank you.

My last two visits to Home Depot, I’ve had excellent customer service. Last week, Nan assisted me with paint for my deck. She was upbeat and greeted each customer as soon as she saw them. She also knew her product and was very knowledgeable and helpful. She had a great attitude and was very friendly. Today, Marion A Sandy greeted me in the garden center by thanking us for coming in and asking us what he could help us with. He was very helpful and efficient. He even thanked us for doing business there. It isn’t often that you find such outstanding customer service like this! However to have two great employees working for the same company is a rare find! Thank you for such great customer service!

Younger associates need lessons in customer relations. Some of them are rude and lazy!
