I bought a grass trimmer early this summer, but I had problems with it from the first, and finally when I could not advance the line, or remove the cap by turning it, I took it back. Lo and behold I was out of the warranty. But Shauna at the front desk talked to the Manager, and they worked out a compromise. I appreciated their effort meeting me halfway.

We are so happy we live fairly close to this Home Depot because it seems like we are going there constantly for one thing or another! Whether it’s a small item or a large purchase - we always have success at the Home Depot in Midvale, Utah, on Park Centre Dr. It is surely our “go-to” spot for home and garden needs. Most recently we have appreciated all the great service we’ve received in flooring/carpeting with Marjie! She’s been a gem from start to finish! Thank you so much!

Friendly environment for sure, lots of help around. I can always get in and out quickly, I find they often have low, medium and high price ranges of lots of items and fun cute impulse buy stuff too that I love and my kid does too, what more can you ask for.

Store feels dirty. Lots of dogs, one peed on the floor and my wife nearly stepped in it. Lots of people without masks and many more without nose covered.

Bart in the electrical department was a tremendous help and encouragement. He kindly helped me find what I was looking for and he was very patient as he explained what to do with the product.

As I was walking into the store unfolding my mask the customer service lady starts yelling at me and chasing the gentleman behind me screaming about masks. I’m French so I talk a lot with my hands, when I went back to customer service to ask her name and explain how uncomfortable that made me and a better way to handle it. She literally starts waving her hands around mocking the way I talk. She works in customer service! I definitely won’t be returning to this store.

My big problem with all of the Home Depots is that they don't all keep there stock in the same locations. So if I have been in one store and go to another one to find items they are in different areas. I wish that there was a blue print of how the stores should be organized. Other than that I love to go to this Home depot partly because of tools and I love the Halloween displays and Christmas displays. I find that they are friendly and especially the cashier.

Terrible pick-up experience, I'd recommend going to another Home Depot location. Very poor management response. Not up to Home Depot's usual high standards.

This store has THE WORST customer service. I can see an employee or two at a business being not up to par or just having a bad shopping experience cause of basic bad luck... but NOT EVERY TIME AT THE SAME STORE. I have always received excellent service at all of the other locations I have shopped at but not here. I asked the greeter guy to please bring a power cart to me so I could get out of my car and shop but was ignored, I literally had to ASSERTIVELY ask for help 2 different times and when I did check out, the cashier did not even put my items (2 but still ..!) in a bag. I'm a frickin quadriplegic and I had my service dog in her bag that hung on my neck and due to my car accident injuries I have no use of my hands so this really should be a red flag to you to avoid this store. 4 times I shopped here and every time was stressful and upsetting. Pick a different store ! There is one not far from this one... it's worth driving the 2 or 3 extra miles. Poor behavior should never be rewarded.

The store is always clean. I enjoy bringing my little dog to the store to shop with me. He is well behaved and likes to be around people. Fun time for both of us. I can usually find an employee to help with finding something. If I can't find an employee, the service desk can find it or get me to someone who can.

Best store of them all the staff are the most helpful at Park Center by a long way.

The customer service was great!

I’ve had 2 bad customer service experiences at this location and it’s getting old. A store associate was condescending when I asked a question and wasn’t knowledgeable about the topic, and an associate at the return counter was impatient during a previous visit as well. I do not recommend this location—go to a different one.
