My floor hand scraped strand woven Berkeley was in stock in this Home Depot others were out of stock

I had to wait on someone that was with me near the checkout. I am old and while waiting there is NOPLACE to sit and rest while waiting. UGH. A park bench would be nice. In order to be better than the other stores. You have to do and think better. Little things count BIG. if you had 5 cents for everyones thoughts for store and customer improvement that enters every home depo store. Your profits would soar to all time highs. Remember to tell all of your employes. WORK SMARTER NOT WORK HARDER.

Sales Cashier Steven was very helpful and professional.

My wife and I needed some boards for attic decking for storage, and the first floor rep we spoke to wasn't a lot of help. Sam came along and helped with our needs. We need a particular size of board and the ready cut wasn't available, and the first rep didn't seem to understand or need to help us. Sam understood our needs and helped with getting the boards cut and helped us with getting them in the cart. Outstanding service from this young man.

Went to Home Depot to get a fridge. I was already frustrated cause mine is going out. Kat helped me all the way through and was very patient with me and didn’t breathe down my neck. She is great always had a smile and explained everything and answered all my question!

I really like this store because they make me feel equal.

I am not familiar with the xpro check out area so I was told by the first cashier that I was "in the xpro line" and he offered no assistance even thought no one was in "his" line. I walked over to another xpro line and Elizabeth acted like she was glad to see me. She immediately took this opportunity to explain to me the many benefits of the xpro progam and aske I would like to be a member. Within a few minutes she took charge and I was a new member and approved to make a purchase. She enjoyed helping me and had fun doing it. Great customer service ! We need more employees like her in all retail businesses. Thank you for taking your time to explain all of the benefits in this program even when you were busy.

What's the benefit of being a pro when there's no one there to check you out, when you just want a human cashier and not a self-checkout. This was the most chaotic store I have seen in a while. Someone who looked to be a manager telling someone that Pro service was not open, and to go to self checkout. When there were two to three other associates with him really not doing anything they were just waiting. Had to walk to the other side of the store for a human cashier who was very polite. The only reason I gave it three stars is they had the part I needed other than that I would never come here again unless they hire real cashiers.

I love coming into the store knowing that I'm going to be helped as soon as I come in and not wait around for someone to come around and say do I need help and then don't know anything about it thank you for always keeping your customers happy.

Website online showed item was in stock. When went to store employee Alex in that department was sitting on the floor and stocking when I ask them about it he stated they did not have it, and that the website was wrong and never even got up to help me stated, I could try looking on another aisle, I searched around the store found another employee asked them by the name of Ethan. He told me where to look and he even got up went with me to locate the item. Ethan did a wonderful job at customer service. However, Alex was severely lacking customer service knowledge, and as stated before he wouldn’t even get up off of the floor from sitting there stocking.

Veronica at the pro desk was a lifesaver for us! She helped make the whole process so much easier. We will definitely use this location again.

We began with a bad Sunday as our washer sprung a leak & we had water everywhere. We decided to go to Home Depot. We were greeted by Frank & asked we needed help. What a great customer service he gave us. Answered all questions, patiently waited to allow us time to make a decision & made the entire check out process painless as possible. He made a not so good day turn into a wonderful experience. We highly recommend Home Depot for all your needs. We shop there because of the friendly & helpful employees. If you need an Appliance & want a friendly & helpful consultant who has knowledge & willing to help, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOME DEPOT, especially the one we shop at in Pasadena, Texas.

Wood materials are always beat up and showing signs of damage. You have to dig through piles of the stuff to find the least damaged items. The overall selection in the store is ok, not great. Wood construction supplies leaves much to be desired especially in the trim work department.

We had a Great Customer Experience and WOW Factor at this store, we went to purchase a new washer thinking it would take a few days to have it in stock but to our surprise it was there in stock and Claraissel Gonzalez made sure we got it.

A big shoutout to our local Pasadena Home Depot for doing a great job again! The products (especially wood) and then the interaction with the employees all make for a great shopping experience for me last Friday, June 9, 2023. Keep up the good job!
