I received hands on assistance to purchase a refrigerator, since another store had a lower priced model. Kylie called the Honolulu store to verify pricing of the model of interest. She waited patiently on the phone line as an associate provided information about a lower priced model. Kylie provided excellent service, over-and-above what was expected.

Leinelle is true hero. She is patient, friendly, and never gives in until the customer is satisfied. If you ever shop in the Pearl City store, please stop to see her. You won’t regret it.

The customer service is great, the music is peppy and from the 1960s-80s, and they even have automobile oil and such. It is most often a pleasant experience to shop here.

The plants and flowers are beautiful, healthy looking, and they have a vast variety to choose from, all reasonably priced!

Most of my home projects are owed to Home Depot.

Jimmy always greets his customers with a smile and has the most honest and personable approach to helping customers. I honestly go to lumber section hoping I run into this guy working. Thanks for all your help Jimmy your the man!

Every time we shop at the Pearl City location, the customer service is really great. We've encountered numerous employees on the many times we shop there, and we've always been helped by employees that are friendly, patient, and knowledgeable.

Replacement of a store brand tool was not honored after that tool failed. It's not the amount that was anoying it was the fact that the customer service representative literally lied to me not knowing I'm a former employee. She could have given me store credit twords my replacement purchase but because I feel racism is a big problem here in Hawaii, she power tripped and just said no. I know you are able to give credit up to $50.00 without getting a manager involved. The item was under $20.00. And was labeled "HDX" the stores branding of in house hand tools. As far as I'm concerned, this is a week excuse to refuse to honor the return policy others receive without hesitation.
