THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND

Refinishing floors. Big project. All were helpful to get supply list. Very friendly and genuinely interested in my needs. Took me to item areas to find right product and sizes.

I had my receipt and had a quick, smooth return of hardware.

I went to Home Depot specifically for the purchase of tomato plants. All of their plants were very healthy looking. I wound up purchasing, not only tomato plants, but 6 other types of plants also.

The staff at Home Depot in Pelham Alabama are always courteous and very helpful

This location is AWESOME. They always have available inventory, the staff is friendly and eager to help! Store is neat and organized. Aisles are clean and inventory is located where it should be. Should you need any help or have questions just find a staff member. Joann and Bunny are the best and are always happy to assist.

I love my battery operated yard tools. I just purchased a new gas stove and it is just what I wanted. Home Depot makes shopping easy !

The Home Depot in Pelham, AL, is a place where no question is left unanswered, people are kind and courteous, and you can receive expert advice and suggestions from the store's associates. They have helped tremendously with projects I was hesitant to accomplish. I feel they want to do a good job and are happy to assist. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences at this store.

If you need REAL Professional help, guidance, and direction, you must ask for Taylor Morgan. Simply stated, HE IS AWESOME! He's very friendly, courteous, professional, totally competent, and joy to do business with. He needs to be a customer service TRAINER and clone himself as many times as possible!
