Very good location

This store is full of helpful employees! I often ask for help finding products and carrying items to load into my car. Even though everyone is busy, they always cheerfully help me in a timely manner.

The store is clean & most things are easy to find. When you need a clerk, they are usually friendly in their approach to helping you, and if they can't help you, they find someone who can. Last time I arrived too close to closing time, but they still gave very friendly and helpful service right up to the end! If a purchase isn't right, they help make it right. On a big order a while back, there was a mistake/misunderstanding on one of the items, and they made it right at their expense. I wouldn't buy home improvement items without checking Home Depot first and I am most inclined to shop there because of my past experiences. Keep it up, Home Depot!

I have used ALL Home Depot products to build my last 2 homes, on #3 now! Everything from carpet, Behr paint, windows, flooring, new kitchen, bathroom, gardening, lightening- YES I remolded my entire house, myself using ONLY Home Depot products. I made a 200,000. profit in my last house in only 3 years! I would say with Home Depot, I Can Do It!

I am not going to write something bad because this store has lots of problems.. I will tell you a gentleman named Allen finally took it upon himself to take care of our problem. Thank you Allen.

This store does not have a rental department. It would be a good addition.

Employees could use training in extra help for senior citizens.

Staff were good and on standby to assist. However, lumber stocks were limited and left with pretty bad quality one. OverAll good experience

I enjoy shopping at the Phoenix store more so than my local big box store. Unfortunately, its not close by. I did purchase several items at Home Depot online.

The second person that I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and helpful. She handled my questions and ordered the remainder of the items that I needed and was polite and courteous. The first gentlemen, not so much.

Wish you could do something about the noise level in all Home Depot stores.

Don in the paint department is an absolute WIZARD when it comes to matching paint colors. I’ve never seen anyone as skilled as he at paint matching!

For the most part all of them seem to be really friendly, I was able to get a good advice from Austin from garden to purchase a new Ego lawn mower and trimmer battery operated, I was able to use them both and I’m very satisfied with the results.

The store is bright and clean with almost any product that we have looked for. The help is friendly and helpful. We buy all of our Garden supplies from soil to plants and fertilizers. This is the first time for carpeting but not the last.

I find products easily in this store and there is an employee named Don in the paint department that is always polite and professional and has always given great information when I ask questions. He is an employee that I would hire to work anytime

Selection is fantastic, prices are lower than other major retailer in the area, and our experience with a sales associate- McKenzie in the tile dept., was beyond what we had hoped. He helped us with a major bathroom remodel and we will definitely seek out his help for our future projects.
