The only thing I think the store needs is cross training so the employees will be able to help all customers.

Inventory not kept well. Selling items online for pickup listed as in stock with multiple items but do not have any in store. Customer service employees were pleasant and tried to help but can’t find what they don’t have.

Kitchen and Appliance department is the best and sharp as a fresh knife. You may have to wait on a busy day but service is excellent!

This Home Depot by far has been the best. Everyone was kind and professional. Cathy, appliance specialist, knows her stuff! She went above and beyond to help me select the right appliances for my home. The young man at the returns counter, Charles, was so very sweet as well. The store was nice and well stocked. I am so glad I made the extra trip to go to this very Home Depot - well worth the drive! I can't wait to get my new appliances. I will being coming back...

This is the worst Home Depot I’ve ever been to. The kids in customer service try their best but clearly get no support or communication from management. I will never shop here again and will most likely switch to Lowe’s in general.

Yesterday, I was told by one of your employees that when N95 masks come in, employees get first shot at obtaining them for their use. I get that. So why, in the entire store yesterday, was only one employee wearing a mask, and it wasn't even an N95 mask? What are your employees doing with them? They're NOT wearing them! Are they maybe selling them online for a marked up price? I realize that would be for their benefit, but I don't think that's what Home Depot had in mind when they made that rule! By the way, I wanted to buy 20 of the masks for the nurses at the Cancer Treatment Center at Sky Ridge Medical Center where I'm a patient at. They don't have any! They've ordered them but that was weeks ago and not even their administrator knows when they're getting them! They saved my life, I wanted to do something for them!

The help at this store is awesome. Wish every store had people like Vern. Thank you Vern for all your help.

This location has employees who care. As a new home owner I have been to home depot once a week since mid Dec and each time the employees have been wonderful. Ive had employees help with project advice, appliance ordering and issues, and more. Kenny and The manager D are so helpful and kind.

I was disappointed in the service I received, purchased flooring that was in stock but when I went to pick up they said they did not have it.

I went to the store to purchase washer & dryer that I saw on home depot web site/ Black Friday special. I told Carolyn and she helped me right away and scheduled the best delivery date. It took me only 10 minutes to finish. It was in and out. I like it.

This is the best Home Depot I have ever shopped at. The employees always smiled and were eager to assist. Each associate I questioned answered or sought assistance to be able to help. There were enough employees to be able to find one. That was a real bonus.
