The store is clean and the cashier Kimberly is absolutely wonderful. Not only is she polite but helpful and very knowledgeable about anything I’ve had to ask her about. She will even suggest something else similar to what I’ve looked for before or suggested something totally different than what I would have thought to use before and what she’s suggested not only worked but worked better than what I’ve used before. I’m very thankful for people like her who not only take their job very seriously but enjoy it as well. It really shows in her attitude and overall demeanor.

Today's visit was excellent. Customer service was there to help me find all of the items I needed to do my bathroom remodel. They also helped me load the items in my vehicle. Much appreciated!

We found everything we were looking for with a bit of guidance from one of your employees. The areas we searched were clean and neat and stocked according to labeling.

I ordered 10 HDX 27 Gal. Tough Storage Bin in Black in the store. The next day delivery did not happened. One of the bin broke because the delivery drop the items from the van and I have to return the item. I cannot get a replacement because its out of stock. The product description was NOT TRUE, it's not tough, it broke easy. I am very thankful to Tammy H who help me with my return and complain, She is very professional and excellent in Customer Service.

I recommend to anyone...If its not in the store, go somewhere else, Do NOT order on-line!!!!!!!

We found what we were looking for with the help of store employees and they followed through and stayed with us till we completed our purchase!! The sore was very neat and clean and everyone we were involved with was friendly and very helpful!!

Im dissatisfied with having to go to other garden centers to find cheaper plants and flowers. Also that most of the summer decor and summer things are gone or sold out. All stores rush to get to the next season when customers are still in need of summer products. Like selling out of all landscape fabric. Thank you

The Piqua, Ohio store is selling out of date products i.e. Bioadvanced Fungus Control. Tried to return the old product and the clerk said they couldn't help me.

right now with COVID 19 going on, the staff was very friendly and directed me toward the self check out line. she then told me to have a nice afternoon and wiped down screen after use. I appreciated the cleanliness that they maintained during this stressful time. Kudos to the employees for being so friendly!

I am about 4 weeks into a countertop order, follow-up communication and follow through has been far less than satisfactory. I have initiated contact 2x now, very few people at the store seem to know the process.

The store was well organized and products were easy to locate. The staff was knowledgeble and friendly.

We were greeted upon entering the store and assisted by every employee that we had contact with. This store is definitely one of the best home improvement stores that I have shopped in.

I always send my husband to shop for things for a repair or purchase that we need . When it comes to things like that he is my go to man. One snow day I was home my husband at work the plumber was scheduled to come fix our new vanity and hook up new fixtures. Well the plumber informed me we had purchased the wrong size fixture. I new I was going to have to make a run to Homedepot. Dreading going into a store when I new nothing about fixtures also knowing the plumber is on the clock . My clock! With the help of a sales lady my trip was fast and painless. She even showed me a few tips on looking for the right size.I was out of the store within 10min. I no longer dread my trips to Homedepot I feel confident in picking up replacement parts or just about anything else. Everyone was so helpful and friendly . It's a very organised and clean store.

I did not get their name but they were at the credit department. It was a female and an older gentleman. They noticed me looking for something and offered to help me even though I wasn’t that close to them. Extremely polite and very knowledgeable about what I was looking for and where it was. Superior customer service in my opinion. I really do appreciate it. Thanks Home Depot!
