Our checkout Cashier Jeanette was awesome. She helped direct us to where our material was when we walked in the store, and then she did a very quick job ringing up all the customers in a pretty long line.

Store is well organized and staff are friendly and helpful.

Everyone at this store is super nice and willing to help. I live in Concord and would rather drive to Pittsburg because its a much better overall experience.

Lots of inventory, employees nice and knowledgeable.

I would recommend more friendly personal and with experience in their expertise area of knowledge....minimizes their personal private used of mobile cell phone...and NOT attending the store customer. More experienced on PC research helping customers...orders online... Better experience on retrieving customers receipt track records when needed... Rebate experience for appliances and local energy company, federal and state rebates.. More supervision on picking up items outside store, and checking out items as you leave store... This is all I can think of for now... Thank you for been our community-based general store Ramos

I have had bad experiences in the past. For example, it was always hard to find an associate to ask a question or, having associates talk down to me when i was unable to explain exactly what I needed. In the past 5 years, Home depot has done a much better job hiring friendly, enthusiastic and service oriented associates. As a result, I have had much better experiences shopping at Home Depot. Thank you for that.

Pittsburg home Depot is amazing !!. The store is clean and the staff is always friendly. They even came to my home to remove a key that was stuck in my door and we're very helpful. I was very impressed with there customer care and service. I will be shopping there always. Juliana Home owner

This store has improved greatly over the years. I've shopped here for almost 10 years now. There is a high turn over rate when it comes to the employees but I've shopped there long enough to get to know most of the employees who have been there long. These are the ones who know what products they have and know how to use them, these are mostly the morning people, I see the same ones there everytime I come in and some of the other home depot stores I have shopped can't say they have knowledgeable staff. Most of the staff I go to have apron badges that show their years of service and that speaks volumes in my book...keep those around !!

Overall everything inside its where its supposed to be. Unfortunately, because of products being sold in boxes off the shelves, sometimes that makes the electric mobility car drive thru the aisles. Other than that, everything else is okay. Now, as far t\as the maintenance of the outdoor plants sitting out in the winter and summer months are not tended to in a proper manner. In the winter, it gets really cold here and delicate plants should not be exposed to the freezing elements. And in the summer, it can get very hot and dry here in Contra Costa County, thereby making the plants die from not enough water. On many occasions, I've seen the countless potted plants that are either very close to dying or dead. In this store, they gather these plants and sell them for a couple of bucks to folks anyway. It's sad to see plants that can enhance anyone's home or life, die without having to. It doesn't cost too much to water all these plants. Hopefully, writing this to you, the plants will have a better chance at life. My shopping experience at this store is pleasant shopping for inside products. The products are readily accessible and if I can't reach, a staff member will help me.

Nice place to to buy your tools and easy to navigate around the store to get what you want. Through the signs. I will continue do my shopping here.

Out of desperation we returned to this HD after "boycotting" it for several years because of lousy service and lack of product! We were REALLY POSITIVELY surprised at how well they've recaptured the old service oriented HD and themselves. The staff that we encountered was not only knowledgeable but very friendly and extremely helpful and the store appeared to be well stocked. Nothing beats a happy, friendly experience that meets the needs of the customers. We'll be back!

I love the store. I just really think this survey tricks us customers. Either you get spammed in your email or you get added to the “sweepstakes”. I am very annoyed but glad I got to give good feedback regarding employees.
