I had the best experience in this store because of an amazing associate that I encountered at 6:00 am in the morning. Who wants to greet anyone that early. He was so professional, pleasant and went the extra miles to get everything I needed. Amazing service.

WITH VERY LITTLE KNOWLEDGE OF THE ITEMS FOR WHICH I WAS SEARCHING; THIS YOUNG MAN WALKED ALL OVER THE STORE WITH ME TO ENSURE I'D THE PROPER ITEMS AND MADE EXCEPTIONS ON PRICE MATCH ETC. I had trouble with the sku of a yellow sale tag working. The cashiers that worked with me were kind and professional. My wait was a little longer than normal but everything was handled so nicely the wait time didn’t bother me.

Hate writing this review, but Home depot is worth it.

Carley my customer service agent was very helpful and located my returns even tho I didn't have my card with me. Thank you, Carley, I would have had a bad day if it wasn't for you! the customer service is great and a better selection

I have yet to run into an employee that was not incredibly helpful.

I have been coming to this Home Depot for almost 40yrs. Many great experiences, with truly wonderful people who have been there for years! Unfortunately, some new hires seem to be lacking maturity, and emotional intelligence. Was racially profiled and/or made to feel less than simply for forgetting my receipt by a 20 something kid.

If you have purchased items using a Home Depot credit card and don't have your receipt, make sure they swipe your card and lookup the item so that the refund goes back to the card. If they treat it as a no receipt return, you will end up with store credit and they can't do much about it afterwards. That's what happened to me. I not only ended up with store credit due to incompetence of the employee but waited half an hour for it to be fixed realizing that they can't do much about it.

We recently shopped here needing to get home locks re-keyed as well as a new lawnmower. The service manager, Debbie was super helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. We will definitely be back to the store!

I spent an hour trying to get a 20 V DeWalt battery to no avail

Super friendly people, Deanne and the two guys who helped me with the Christmas Tree were rockstarz. I even to get cash back for the two for a tip (one had a black long beard and one had tattoos on his forearm with blonde hair), then HD station couldn't give cash back, so then I went back to zelle them a tip but they were gone. But they and Deanne all need a raise, promotion, company car, bonus, God bless you all :)

All of the team members at this Home Depot location in Plano, TX were very kind, courteous, helpful, and professional in assisting me. They genuinely cared about my overall shopping experience. They answered all of my questions. Other home improvement stores do not exude the same family atmosphere. I truly feel at "Home" here. They "Nailed It." All of them! Debbie, Massey, Bryan, Teresa, Kenneth, Stephanie, Ellen, Anthony, Krissy, Liz, Terry, Loading man who put the freezer and hot water heater into my truck.

Vicki in customer service helped my purchase a new tablesaw, get it pulled from inventory and loaded into my vehicle. She was GREAT!

I came in because I am renovating my new home and Steven was amazing at helping me with all my questions about paint and equipment! He was so kind, patient and knowledgeable! I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them. I never write reviews but I always appreciate great customer service so I feel Steven should be recognized. He made the trip to Home Depot so much easier for me and left me with a great experience! I’ll definitely be coming back to this location because I was very happy with the service! Steven was great!

I was greeted with a smile, help from a nice man in the plumbing department who educated me on the item I needed and two employees at the self checkout were so nice!! Great job keeping focused on friendly and genuine connections! I will be back soon!
