Very clean store and polite staff.

My first review was rejected because it did not meet the guidelines, so here is the second review. I was very disappointed in the entire pipeline of Home Depot, from purchase to delivery!

I shop here every week. Sometimes every day for long periods of time. I know most employees. I know each and every aisle and what is in each bay. Ease and cleanliness is subjective. They regularly run out of the basic supplies needed for day to day purchases. If you want hand holding before you make a purchase, be very patient. The 6 employees that actually take pride in the store are very busy. In comparison to another big box store in town, they seem to be outnumbered 3 to 1. The customer service department is necessary for a lot of transactions and they are extremely understaffed and the wait times often give me no choice but to walk away. I return, each and every time because I know what they carry and where things are and it saves me time. But too often, I have to go to other stores after my visit here because they are out of stock of the basics. I often offer assistance to other shoppers because they can't get help otherwise. And whoever came up with taking a chunk of parking away with a corral of plastic septic tanks, pipe and water troughs...What were you thinking??? And for heaven's sake, re-evaluate the number of handicap spots in you parking lot. You've got more than the local supercenter!

I love the Poplar Bluff location and the Team members are always kind and ready to assist. The products are of great quality, priced just right.

This store is well organized and has the isles clearly marked. When I had trouble finding something the staff was knowledgeable and friendly and helped me locate what I needed. While doing self check out, Freda, came over and assisted me in the process and was very friendly and helpful. This was one of the best in store experiences I had.

The store is consistently lacking stocked shelves. Do your self a favor and visit the ladder department first because you will need it to get the items off the overheads

I can’t thank the staff and the manager for all their help with my trip to HD. poplar Bluff MO. I was with my sister, who is challenged and the staff saw this and helped me through the store with all my needs. Store very clean . Employees neat and helpful will do all they can to help you with any questions you may have . Great people starting at the front door all the way though out the store . When I left the the store the young lady told me to have a great day and stay safe !! Very happy from start to finish !!

Employee in paint dept would not assist me because i wasn't wearing a mask (ok fine)but young lady needs help wearing short shorts Not wearing a mask He was all over it.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Home Depot today. Marissa seemed to know exactly what I was looking for and knew her stock well enough to know what would fit through the door width restrictions in my older home. I am also thankful Home Depot is willing to do installations of appliances. Your competition will only drop appliances at a door. Thank you for making this an enjoyable shopping experience today! I will be back!

The employees are NOT friendly or helpful! Out of every employee in there today only 1 even tried to help!

Store was nice and clean. Staff were very polite and helpful. Products are plentiful and nice choices. My only complaint would be prices, but that could fall back to my limited income.

I like the local store, however during our visit today could have been better. No one ever came to ask us if we needed assistance during our visit. We were there to purchase an exterior door and a storm door, which we did. But once outside to load the exterior door we noticed the door frame was busted. We also purchased a breaker box. The box was in bad shape. I don't know how or where this happened, if it was done at the local store or being delivered. Just didn't seem like the packaging on most items was not taken taken care of. None of the associates that walked past us asked if we needed any help, we had to stop & ask them for assistance.

Best Home Depot store I've encounter in the U.S. I'm a treehouse builder and have come to this store many time to just get advice from their extremely experienced staff. They not just answer your questions; they ask questions of their own to make sure you have the most current code experience and knowledge. All of the floor workers have numerous years of experience in their respective area of expertise. And they are eager to share their wealth of knowledge with others. I've learned more at this one store than all the other stores in San Diego, Los Angeles, Denver, Fort Worth, and Dallas where I have worked in the past. Who knew this small town store had such talent and service. It's my number one store for a reason. They go the extra mile for all their customers.

Great staff that make sure you find everything you need. The staff are very friendly and made sure I left happy!!!

The employees are excellent at exuding actual friendliness while assisting customers. Everything is organized, but there's so much that it can be quite intimidating to someone like me. And when I was repairing a foot stool, I didn't have the tools I would need to cut metal for supports. One employee measured, used tin snips to cut what I needed, drilled holes in the foot stool, and even put the nuts/bolts on and made sure that they were tight. Everyone went above and beyond, all three times I have been there this week gathering supplies for little projects (I just moved into an apartment). Fantastic experiences.

The employees are very friendly. Even if they don't have the answer they still try to help. This makes my experience better because I know nothing about most of what I'm sent to buy.

The store was very clean, organized and the store employees were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

I go to this HD store as often as I can, but mileage plays a factor.
