Working out some needs in composite decking materials, they were Rockstars.

This is 2nd Hampton Bay Patio Umbrella I bought. They have made thoughtful improvements to functionality. . 1st umbrella lasted 10 years until I left open in a storm, which is why new one was required.

I needed a weed eater. Looked up info on their website. The one I wanted was $99 for "tool only" with the option of adding a battery & charger, which then brought the price up to $139. I went to the store to get it. I went to the store got a battery & tool. Due to their policy they DO NOT PRICE MATCH HOME DEPOT.COM . They socked it to me $213. The employees were nice that's why I'm even giving 1 star

Shopped for a new patio door. Paul found the perfect door...was very helpful and knowledgeable. Angie was proficient at the computer and saved us money!

The staff was eager to help and knowledgeable of the products. Store was clean and orderly.

We can't thank Victoria enough for the amazing customer service. She went above and beyond to help us. As Canadians, we shop at Fort Gratiot because of prices and selection but it's people like Victoria that make us come back.

The 3 employees that I interacted with were absolutely amazing. Even though the store didn't have what I needed, it was such an awesome experience from the customer service viewpoint that I will be back.

I am a very mature woman unable to lift heavy bags. It did not seem difficult or embarrassing to find someone to help me load. Knowing this, I am comfortable purchasing items from this particular store.

Great shopping experience at the Port Huron Store. Bobbie Jo and JoAnne M did a great job in helping me with my purchase from the lawn and garden center. They actually went back to the dept while I was at checkout to acquire the remaining product I needed to complete a promo offering. Both were very friendly and helpful. Store is Instock and very clean/organized. Great job Bruce Simon and Team!!!!!!

I’m renovating my house, up grading 4.5 bath, replacing all my appliances and I won’t shop anywhere else! Not only do you find what you need at great prices but there are people to help with your project!

I bought a 3light ext. door on clearance. Granted it was already marked down but was being marked down ever more that day but Bruce refused to give me the deal as he had it set aside for another customer. Granted we had some words with each other on why he was taking care of a "million dollar customer" yet refused to give me the extra discount of apx. $900.00. YES, I bought the door on principle alone. If I where to stop shopping at this store it would be because of his arrogance and ignorant customer service.

My husband and I are always doing many projects and we use Home Depot as one of our go to Stores.

We purchased window blinds and Michael did a great job to understand our needs, measure and cut the blinds and offer prices for the blinds we needed but were not in stock that he was able to cut to our dimensions. Amy, the cashier, understood clearly the price instructions from Michael and correctly and efficiently made the changes. She was very friendly.

Nick and Erin went through 2 pallets of faucet pallets to find what I needed. It took awhile. I waited and I was able to go home and get my tub faucet fixed, so I could shower. They didn't have to help but Im glad they did. I had been to two other stores before coming to Home depot. The lady on the fork lift also helped me talk through the job I needed to do and it worked, kind of tape and all.Thank you for employing these people that didn't mind working or helping.. Cynthia

Two ladies named Joann were very helpful at the checkouts. Veronica approached us near plumbing and was very pleasant and helpful. The man working in appliances seemed arrogant. We went there to buy a dishwasher and pretty quickly decided we wouldn't buy a pack of gum from him. We are happy with the ceiling fan we bought and also the outdoor light fixtures. We would be even happier with a new dishwasher. The store appeared orderly and clean including the restrooms.

I continually count on this Home Depot to have the products I need. It is especially helpful to be able to get items from other stores shipped to my local Home Depot at no additional cost. Keep up the great service.

If you are looking for assistance or someone to interact with, you will not find it in the paint department. Asking me for my color and finish and coming back in ten minutes was the only interaction they (staff) felt essential to seek. When I returned no one to answer any questions, just the paint on the counter, with the color swatch! If you have any questions beyond the type of paint and color, you should look elsewhere to buy your paint.

We go there at least every week even though we live 30 plus miles away......

I went there to purchase some potting mix, and all the garden employees were extremely helpful. I had two of them approach me and ask me if I needed help, then they actually followed through and helped me.

Store employees and assistant manager went out of their way to assist me. I did not go to the store, they came to me!!

Everytime j go there even if it's 15 minutes before closing they are always super helpful and make sure you get whatever you need at the time. Especially at the Pro desk and Customer service!

The man in plumbing was so nice and helped us find what we needed quick. We went to appliances for a new fridge and James Tubbs helped us pick out a nice inexpensive fridge. Was helpful, honest and caring. He found us one to take home that day. Was a very good experience.
