My husband and I were lucky to have Jenn B. as our associate. She went an above and beyond to help us with our online order and pricing issue. She is amazing at her job and the HomeDepot is lucky to have her working for them. 10/10 best experience because of her!!

I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and I was ready to order. Terry was clearly mad that there was “nowhere to hide at work,” (his words) It took Terry 3 hours to place an order for 4 appliances, I am not exaggerating. Terry spent those 3 hours being a rude condescending a$$hole to my wife. I regret not walking out and just paying the higher price somewhere else.

Worst Home Depot experience ever - have used other HD stores for decades and it has been great - but not Prescott Store. Just want flooring!! A terrible mess!!!::

I was greeted by Lacey and Val at return des and they did a return exchange on a Dewalt edger There were super friendly and helpful!!

I've been ordering retaining wall block off and on for 2-3 years. EVERY time, my phone orders have been easy and pleasant to make, accurate and the deliveries have been timely. The deliver folks are great to work with too.

LOVE THAT THIS STORE HAS THE FRIENDLIEST STAFF, STOCK IS GOOD TOO. GARDEN SHOP IS STOCKED VERY WELL AND STAFF IS SO HELPFUL.

Bought an Oakford grill. Great grill for the price. The loss and prevention gal helped us load it... she was super friendly and appreciated conversation as we are new to Prescott!! She's a keeper!

So helpful and knowledgeable. So many of the employees here are retirees and know good customer service and have lots of experience in the department they are in. They do not hide form you but approach you and ask if they can help.

Every time I go to the Prescott Home depot the staff there is so friendly and helpful they go out of their way to help me with anything from lumber to gardening they are so helpful I am so happy we have such a great shopping experience when we go to the Prescott Home depot. They have helped me rebuild my home.

My husband and I just moved to the area a few months ago and we have a lot of home improvement projects. We have visited the Prescott store several times and each time we are greeted with friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable employees.

I walked into the store and was greeted by an employee that asked if they could help me find something. I told them what i was looking for and they took me right to it and carried it to the checkout for me. After traveling 2 1/2 hours to get to the store, that was a great experience.

Paint department is superb

Sometimes when trying to work on something new, I can’t find anyone to talk to in a big store. Lots a friendly and knowledgeable employees today

When I'm unhappy with a product, returning it and getting a replacement in Home Depot is great. I appreciate the veterans discount, which is a big reason why I shop here.

Micheal in the plumbing department was extremely helpful identifying parts I needed for a maintenance project, and explaining what was need to complete my project, I very much appreciated his help and knowledge of the subject. He took the extra time to be helpful, and to inure we were satisfied with our transaction. Thanks Micheal!

It is rare that I cannot find what I am looking for. The variety, quality, and amount of items makes it my "go to" store.

In the middle of a kitchen remodel we discovered we needed a new stove fan/vent ASAP. Knowing there are many product shortages, I started my search w/o much hope. Home Depot’s primary big box competitor had a pathetic product selection and zero sales staff in their kitchen department. A customer told me that most of the vent/fans were being discontinued. Was discouraged, but glad I didn’t give up. Drove to the Prescott Home Depot next and found a decent selection. Was able to choose a unit with beautiful design lines. And unlike their competitor, three very friendly sales staff helped with my purchase and loaded it into my car. They also provided me with a list of properly vetted contractors for installation, and the first one I called is fortunately available in only two days! Home Depot has definitely earned my loyalty.

We went to Store #446 and couldn't get waited on, 3 employees walked by us, 3 were joking and cussing on the dock. (our purchase was $673). I left after telling the manager about the poor service. We then went to Store #452 and was quickly greeted by Terry & Lance who helped with our purchase, thanks to Terry we got everything we needed. We were checked out by Michael who was also friendly and courteous. We WON'T return to Store # 446 for anything, we will drive extra to Store # 452 !!

There are other options out there but I chose home depot because of the experienced staff that are friendly and knowledgeable

They have the nicest kids working at this store. Everyone was helpful, personable, and professional. In fifteen years of shopping at this store, I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees. Well done.
