Employees were more concerned with their cell phones and discussing the political state of our country rather than helping customers. And when an employee did help me with items that were not stocked on the shelf, he made me feel like I was interrupting him and being a bother. Not a good showing for this location

I was pretty lost and Aiden was an excellent guide. His shift was basically over, be he still took excellent care of me. Thank you!

Went to this store for new home needs- specifically a new dryer. Staff was informed and helpful, provided useful feedback from prior customers’ experience as well as product information from variety of manufacturers.

I am getting used to this store on Preston after being used to the St. Matthews store. The staff is just as knowledgeable and helpful here as at the previous store.

I've lived near the 8500 block of Preston Hgwy Home Depot since 1995 and it's been pretty good. The only area that it needs work on is the absolute knowledge and trust that the employees need on their equipment and on the chemicals to cleaning supplies. It's one thing to know exactly what those chemicals and supplies will do on a certain project than to actually test it out and find it doesn't do good enough then get recleaned back up then head back to the store hoping somebody hasn't bought out the other chemicals or cleaners.

I’m sure the store is understaffed, but it would be nice if the “Specialty” areas were staffed. Store had a lot of items sitting in the floor needing to be placed on the racks, just seems like it’s a little chaotic and not managed well. I still made a purchase as I couldn’t find what I needed anywhere else.

Came in to get a refund and continued shopping for yard tools. Impressed with what was available.

I ordered a gas dryer on 3- 07-2022 and the service and salesman was friendly, helpful and great

I just purchased a gas stove. I was helped immediately and Traci was very nice & answered all my questions about the stove & the delivery.

I can never find anybody at this store to help me.

While this is neither the closest hardware/home improvement store to me, nor the easiest to get in/out of. I willingly make the trip to this location due to the fact that they have some of the friendliest and most helpful staff that I've had the pleasure to encounter in a very long time, and are consistently stocked, organized, and clean. I am always able to find exactly what I am looking for with the help of an associate when necessary There's not been one time I've had anything but a great experience at this location. If you're ever on the fence on which home improvement store to use, lean towards this location.

I would have to say that the employee whose employee number is DDM332 went above and beyond to help me start a Pro account and I am grateful. I suffer from PTSD from time served in Iraq and Afghanistan and i have a hard time interacting with people and she put me at ease and was patient with me and I am very happy to now have Pro services it will help me in my new business as a handyman.

Excellent customer service

If you don’t want to be follow by their “undercover” wannabe cops. Don’t go to this location. Follow you to the point of uncomfortable and harassment. Obvious who they are. A man with sunglasses inside of a store and lady with a hat on her cell phone following you down every aisle!

Employees were very happy to help but not knowledgeable on how to find items in stock to read about their features.

Employee, Carolyn, was extremely rude and tactless. While I was completing my transaction in self-checkout, she approached me abruptly from behind and asked if I was "actually going to scan that too" as if I were going to steal something. I had three items and had just scanned the first one. I tried to brush it off except, she then hovered right behind me and started telling another employee how she'd already called out a previous customer that morning and "put them in their place." Customer service training must not be a requirement at the Preston Highway Home Depot.

Customer Service experience was phenomenal when my husband and I bought our refrigerator and dishwasher on two different occasions. Traci and Gina C. in appliances were wonderful to work with and I would recommend them a hundred times over to anyone else.

As a veteran I like saving 10 percent on all my purchases, best store in Louisville Ky.

Employees like Breanna and Michael A make me as a consumer happy to have chosen Home Depot. Both listened, smiled and very knowledgeable
