This Home Depot store is one of the worst I have ever shopped at. Customer service is almost non existent when you need help which has become increasingly necessary since the store locks up many things. The only reason I shop there is because it is much closer to my home that the other 2 Home Depot stores in the area. The only reason I didn't give it one star is the checkout staff are friendly and courteous.

Emily from the Garden Department went above and beyond! We were walking around trying to find a grill with a fussy baby. Emily made our experience so wonderful and easy! She helped us find the grill, found a cart for us, loaded the grill onto the cart, walked us to the register, pushed the cart to our car, and loaded the grill into our car. We were very fortunate to have her help us!

I purchased a ridding mower a John Deere to be exact. when I incurred the store to ask where my order was Victor the ASM tolled me that my order put his store in a negative inventory. Than took it upon him self to cancel the order. With out telling me.

I went in for paint and left feeling horrible :/ Trying my best not to think it was the fact I’m a poc or the fact I choose to wear a mask to protect my baby but it’s something to be treated that way and the vast difference how she treated the none poc & unmasked hopefully Jess learn how to treat everyone equally

The two employees I encountered in the garden center were helpful and made me feel like a valuable customer!

I had a long list for Home Depot in Spanaway. Kasey helped me find all available items.

After 3 1/2 years I finally completed an addition to my home. Home Depot became my "second home" and I grew to appreciate each of the employees, especially ones that had previous experience in trades. I have several projects ahead and I am hopeful that Home Depot will be as accommodating to my needs as they have been to this point.

I am a pro customer , went in with a list as i was in the area. walked out with out half of the items and the staff were treating me like i was stealing items we have over $100,000.00 on our account with Home depot and they treat me and our guys like dirt- this store can close down before i will go back there.

I bought a mini fridge and it is awesome . Sherrie helped me make up my mind and I am very thankful for her help. My fridge is awesome

Because staff is limited at this time, I would suggest the store have cameras watching each isle to see if customers are waiting for an associate to help them. If so, then I would direct someone to them asap. Love the store and it's products, but it wd be nice if associates were more available for questions.

There was a gentleman working at the Puyallup store named Richard Huntingdale that changed my disappointment about Home Depot completely around. As a retired Director of the telecom industry I had been to one store that seemed to breathe a big sigh of discontent when I asked for someone to retrieve a small box from a top shelf……I left that store and went to Puyallup store where it almost seemed the gentleman above sensed something and immediately said, left me help you sir…and very quickly made no excuse about the other store but just apologized my experience was not positive, and promised to take care of me and he did. With service like that, simple hello…empathy..concern….calm professionalism he stopped my Google complaint before I ever thought about it….and restored my faith decency prevails over price or product most times.

This store has some real winners as far as employees go. I have had numerous positive experiences with the people working here and I would pick this location over the Lowe’s right across the street in a heartbeat.

There was a gentleman that worked in plumbing named Tracy. He went beyond and above to help us out. I have never ever had anyone with his caring and experience do what he did for us. This guy needs a raise or his own store with the knowledge he has. Showed him a picture of what we needed and what we were trying to do. He went into action and found a solution. was not a easy task. THANK YOU TRACY.....

Home Depot customer care just informed me that Home Depot Corporate has changed their policy in how they honor and support the veterans of America, no longer offering a military discount on most products, with the change happening about six months ago. I just purchased a large item for over $1600 (appliance) yesterday and found out of the corporate policy change at the register. I purchased an appliance at their competitor's store across the street yesterday (not available at Home Depot) and their corporate policy is to continue honoring those who are serving with a military discount on all products, to include appliances. I have been a loyal customer of Home Depot for over 20 years because of how you support our veterans and honor those who serve. I honor good businesses with my loyal support, but now I am re-evaluating who will get my future business, as Home Depot customer service verified that Home Depot no longer honors the veterans and those who served with an appreciation discount on all products (I am a retiree). Your prior military appreciation discount has always been a shining example of what is right in corporate America. Did you change your policy, or did your store employees and customer care employees both have it wrong?

I had to make another trip to home depot today and was even more pleased than my last visit. Tori had a plan to help me for every concern I had. Kameron and Tyler met me at the loading zone and got everything to fit in my car just in time for Carol to run over and tie it up for me. The kindness, care and know how from each employee is a testimony to good service, which is the backbone to every lasting company.

All employees are friendly and helpful. Usually there is a good variety of products available. I always check Home Depot first for good products at competetive prices! Thanks HD!

Good variety of appliances with free delivery and price matching.

The older sales person in the appliance section was the best. He greeted us while trying to get a new fridge and stove. He got busy and the other two younger sales guys there weren’t even helping him. Or greeting customers. Even thought he got busy ( 2 other sales) when we finally decided to buy, we decided to wait and finalize our purchase with him.

Staff always friendly; lines typically short, especially self-checkout lines. Aisles clear and product is neatly arranged. Highly recommend this store.

It's always very easy to find what you are looking for at this store and the staff are always very helpful. It's my go to for home project supplies. I recently purchased an electric lawn mower and needed assistance getting it on a cart and in my car. George and Tamara at the customer service desk were wonderful. Within minutes I was rung up and it was in my car. I've give them 10 stars if I could!

CONVENIENT LOCATION JUST RIGHT OFF THE FREEWAY

There was no customer service when I asked and needed for the assistance, the associates were acknowledged I was standing there asking for help, they just WALKED BY or even said to me "THAT'S NOT MY DEPARTMENT." The guy YELLED at me saying I will be BANNED from this store because I reached the ladder for getting the box for myself when no one wanted to help. The cashier even had to verify the box price because the price was scanned wrong, the unfriendliness and unprofessional attitude and no help all stopped me from shopping here. Sad.

Would not recommend the Puyallup because I have never been to the Puyallup store —my review was for the Bellingham store. My Bellingham experience was great—found the aisle and bin number online for the product I wanted and than actually found it in that bin!
