This store has everything you need for landscaping needs!

Poor customer service at return desk. Employees do not seem to know return/exchange policy that is listed on every receipt. Manager could not be located to have discussion.

I purchased a water heater and asked for assistance to load it. The associate that walked by said, “I’m busy” and kept walking. Manager that I asked to speak with was also busy. Guess since this store management and associates are too busy to assist customers I am better off taking my business elsewhere.

I purchased a bathroom cabinet and vanity from the Water Creation line, and it is amazing.

The #3616 Rakeigh store is always good. Friendly staff, clean store, and so on. This evening, however, was especially notable. I needed a 4x8 board cut and a gentleman named Michael helped me. Holy cow, this guy knows customer service. Friendly, courteous, helpful. You name the superlative and he easily deserves it. He even walked to the register with me to ensure my purchase would be rung up correctly. This was not an everyday experience. This was a GREAT experience. Thank you Michael for superior service. You are the best.

I needed help with some plywood, the 2 guys that helped me out went above and beyond!

The ladies that work in the special order cabinet department are the best!! They helped us pick out the best dishwasher for our family at the best price. They are truly amazing!!!

Had a hard time locating what I needed today, but encountered a wonderful young employee named Cassie who brightened my entire day. Not only did she go above and beyond throughout the store to try to find the air inflater I needed, but she did so with a smile and I laughed the entire time! She was so delightful and funny. She informed me where else I could go and truly took the disappointment out the experience when we never found them. I didn't make it easy but she was very kind about it all and honestly made me feel differently than any other encounters I've had at that store before.

This store is close to my house, so it is convenient to me to visit this store.

Needed a freezer chest ASAP but the digital version had a five day wait period. The appliance sales lady, Chasity H., made a great recommendation for a muli-function upright freezer/refrigerator that was in stock. It matched my home appliances perfectly and meets my needs to cool or freeze my food.

I went in looking a wingnut for my bird feeder. Jason German greeted me as I walked in the store. He was very friendly and asked how could he help. I let him know what I was looking for and he immediately said..."follow me". He stayed with me until we found the wingnut that fitted my birdfeeder. I said, "If one's good, two wing nuts will be better. He laughed and asked if there was anything else he could help me with. I replied, "No". He replied, "have a great day and thank you for shopping with us". As I walked away, I said, "Now that's customer service"!

Jason helped me create a solution for my son's wheelchair. It really made my day.

Good customer service. Good selection of products. Good prices. Overall great place to shop for appliances & home improvements.

I return items and asked for a bag for my other items...got accused of stealing and had to show my receipt to the same person again.

Because of a certain associate that works there, here name is Shavon Gray. She has made shopping at this home depot a wonderful experience for me. I have brought so many things that I wouldn't have bought. Because of her I have started a vegetable garden that worked out so good for me. She showed me all of the materiels to use and help me save on money. She also helped me out with buying new back porch furniture. This woman is amazing. Home Depot need to give this woman a raise, she is making them a lot of money

For the most part, over the past 4.5 to 5 years, since being in Raleigh, NC,I have found the staff to friendly, helpful and accommodating.

My wife and I went to Home Depot looking for solar patio shades, Jessica to on the task and Knocked it out of the park. She help us with measurements and in find what was right for us. I will come later when I have pics

Was looking for socket rails. Had just what I needed. With many extra to spare.

Usually we find everything we are looking for.

I wish I could remember the managers name but I just want to say he answered all my questions in a polite and intelligent way. He also didn't make me feel rushed and took time to make sure I understood all the different buying options.

Found what we needed. Fast service. Same as other HD stores.
