Things like joint compound were hard to find, it was also a little annoying that they do not have all the brands just together I get it, they tried to but like kind in the same area but the fact they have a type of primmer over by some garage area and super hard to find ways frustrating.. Too too long, and it was very busy in there and too a while for the person to help us... She was great but she was kind of swamped for a moment with people needing her.. And she was not typically in the paint area so not as knowledgeable as someone who works there all the time. Not her fault and no clue if the other person called in sick etc...

I have never had any really issues getting the materials and service from this Home Depot. I keep coming back here to get all my home improvement needs. I recommend this store for anyone.

Customer service had been forgotten at this store by young adult employees. They care only their scheduled shift and how much to get paid for just standing, answering question, not even say Thank you to the customer. No questions for reason for return, don't know where to guide customer for their seeking items, no more a little bit beyond minimum service.

I have been a customer at this Reno store since its opening. Employees always friendly and helpful, variety of products are great and never had to substitute because of an out-of-stock.

Corazon was very helpful at the checkout when the advertised Item I purchased did not come up at half price as indicated. She offered me a discount. Also, someone helped me decide on a room heater. I did not get his name.

This kind of seems like an unhappy group of employees. I was in the store during the morning of a Friday and it was not busy. As I walked around the store I passed at least 10 employees and not one of them said a word to me. Not even a hello. Cashier Corazon was very friendly.

Associate Kristofer in Customer Service refunded the cost of my toilet part and replaced it for FREE!

The place was great all the employees we friendly and helpful all through out the store. And Daemon was fantastic he found my friends 20 on the floor and got it back to him all with a smile and a great attitude

Such great, thoughtful and hardworking employees. My husband went to buy all our kitchen appliances a few days ago and he raved on and on how knowledgeable and helpful they were. Today I went to pick up a few extra boxes for our move and they made my day just by being friendly, nice and super helpful.

Excellent employees like Denise and Armando...always teaching us so many ways improve in our DIY projects. Thanks for always smiling also! Best service always...they make you feel like you family...eager to assist with anything.

This store is always clean, I get help from the employees when I need it. I am a long time Home Depot shopper and will continue to shop here.

I wrote on the survey, that I probably would not visit this store in the future, the reason being is that I'm from Sant Clara, Ca., We are currently closing our shop in Sparks, NV.

Walked in to do a return, another couple was in front, stating they had been there a while and no one acknowledged them. When I said something a clerk named Greg said, we were helping others, I said you could turn and say someone will be with you and let us know we were seen. He mumbled something walked all the way around a counter and then finally came to assist me, VEry rude

Great store, very helpful employees, always clean and well stocked. I shop at Home Depot all of the time.

Our family has always been fortunate when shopping at this store. 99% of the time we find what we are looking for and make a purchase. If assistance is needed there is always an associate available to lend that assistance. We also appreciate the fact that we receive a military discount.

I live in Old Southwest, and the other home improvement store is about 5 minutes closer to my house. I take the extra time to cross Virginia Street because the quality of customer service and enthusiasm of the employees is so much greater, it makes my trip that much more enjoyable. I have been in the service industry for over 40 years, and it truly makes a difference when the employees treat you like you are a friend and valued customer. Keeps them coming back, whether they find what they need or not, because they know you care!

The appliance customer service was horrible and even rude. I had to find a manger in order to purchase a slide in stove. The manager ordered the wrong stove and now I have to deal with a replacement. I will not purchase anything from this location again.

The store was very clean and organized. The shelves were stocked and the staff was very helpful.

This review is based only for today. My usual visits are usually far better. My experience for today on customer service was poor. The cashier seem to be in somewhat of a foul mood. I think the overall atmosphere of the store was good your products are great and your store was clean. 1 out of 10 my experience was a 5.

I like the Home Depot store on South Virginia in Reno because it is convenient by being a few minutes from my home. If I can not find the product or products I want, there is always someone willing to help me. The store is clean and organized and the associates are friendly and helpful.

7 day carpet is not at all true!! Don’t fall for it like we did.

I was asked repeatedly by different Associates if I needed help finding something without me chasing them down.

The Home Depot Store on South Virginia always has friendly workers that go above and beyond helping the customers. We are very satisfied with the help we receive whenever we shop there!
