I'm always greeted by every associate that I come in contact with whether I need assistance or not. This store has always had what I'm looking for.

Had coupon for $15 off $150. I spent $152.36. Their system only applied $10 off. Spoke to a manager, Ulises. He said nothing he could do to rectify problem.

2024 everyone is friendly and willing to help out!

I purchased cactus yesterday. I have been to 2 other Home Depots that don't have the stock or variety that Ridgecrest store does. They even had the cactus soil in stock. I can never find it at the others.

I have remodeled my kitchen and laundry room and have bought everything from this store. Stove, refridgerator, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, & cabinets. Best customer service at store and delivery people.

The employees here really work hard to be friendly and attentive. I have had consistently great experiences whenever I’ve asked for help. I’m always in there about twice an week and it’s the best source of materials in town for remodeling.

I bought some plywood and 2x4s a cart full, Gabby who assisted us in finding a few things offered to help load the wood into our truck. She went above and beyond and she is an asset to have at Home Depot. We appreciated her help!

On my recent visit to Home Depot I had the pleasure of working with two great people Leishea and Alicia, they were very helpful and great to work with. They helped me get the item I needed without the wait.

We have the best employees at our Ridgecrest, CA Home Depot. They are always asking if I need help and if I am finding what I am looking for as I walk through the store. I love our Home Depot.

Ridgecrest people were helpful. This project called for outside contractors who didn't know what they were doing and messed up entire window order so I canceled the project.

During our latest visit to the Ridgecrest home depot. We were provided with great customer Service. Found everything we needed and our casher Jason was very helpful and nice.

If you want great customer service at flooring ask for Emery. She was patient and helpful and did her best to help us make a large purchase while getting us a discount.

I recently did some updating at my home. All of the Home Depot employees were very helpful, from the ordering desk, checkout to the folks who helped me with my discount and the people at customer service when I had a problem with the reception of some materials I ordered. Everyone was very helpful and courteous.

People at the projects desk were rude and there was a promotion with give away merchandise and they were not staffed enough to handle the crowd.

While the store is well stocked, placing excessive product in the aisles as well as product displays make it difficult to find what you are looking for.

I had a large order of concrete blocks to get. James in the lumber department was so helpful and know leadable about his department. If you need to get a large order, I would ask for James to help you out. Cause I know it will be right!

This is my favorite store. I call it my happy place. Friendly people and always find what I need (and some I don't but buy anyway). lol

The associate (Adrian from flooring department) made great suggestions on parts that I needed. He even helped me cut and measure some trim that I purchased.

Found the product I needed with ease and was easy in and out of store.

Home Depot no longer will just look at a veteran ID card to apply the discount. This store reduced the vet parking spaces from 4 to 2.

This is my favorite place to shop for home projects (and for plants) in this town. Not only because I can find whatever I need, but also because of the knowledge and information I can get through the store assistants.
