The gentleman in the plumbing department was very friendly and extremely helpful in assisting me in finding the correct part for my bathroom faucet. He indicated that if it didn't fit that I could exchange if needed. He was also helpful in assisting me with a door know for the bathroom. I just don't remember his name but I will be back for sure.

I went into The Home Depot to buy a Nest Thermostat. I got a ticket and gave it to a salesperson named Wendy. She got the thermostat for me, rang up my order and thanked me for coming to The Home Depot. A pleasant experience.

I bought the wrong toilets. I’m so happy I had Ms Adrina & Mr Charles to assist me. Mr. Charles handled the heavy lifting & stayed with me, even when others tried to take him away. Ms. Adrina took me to returns where customers mistakenly started a line in the shopping aisle instead of the designated return area. Technically, I was technically next in line. Ms. Adrina fixed the line, assisted me with the exchange, and everybody was happy. Thank you for the great return experience.

Service was bad, associated did not care and was not helpful

I brought a new refrigerator filter and I got lucky to get the last one on the shelf while on my way home. The replacement was easy to install and produced fresh water again for my home. I will be back again.

I recently moved to the area and this is my nearest store. Always clean and helpful agents. Perfect for all my garden needs

I am not very happy with the service

This location always has what I need and the staff are helpful if I need assistance.

Everyone that I encountered was very pleasant. They all made me feel important and like they enjoyed their job! One even thanked me for shopping bc it kept them employed. I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience based on employees attitudes alone! But I only went through customer service and it was slow but the customer service made up for it

Clerk was nasty and dismissive, didn't even acknowledge my existence. She didn't even thank me or make eye contact. I frequent this location quite a bit and I occasionally get bad customer service. I am responding this time because I am fed up with it!!!!

This Home Depot is the home Store I go to most often because my office is only 2 miles away.

Ms. Wendy from the Pro-desk was extremely professional and handled my real estate purchases with a great deal of care. Please consider elevating her to your leadership team she is an assets to your store.

The worst with customer service, Use the app and save yourself because the experience will shatter your experience.

I was visiting this location today, looking for some tools bags. When, I came across one of the most out standing employee, his name was Charles. This guy was extremely outstanding by assisting me.

The cashier Sarah was very disrespectful

Mr Gabe was extremely helpful and gave us exactly the information we needed to complete our project.

Although shopping can be a chore especially when you are met with people who make you feel like you are a chore or a bother to them, this time Mark made this experience a great one. He helped me pick out the products needed and made sure that when he asked me what I was working on, he was listening. The fact that he was able to suggest additional products to help me not only start but finish my project uninterrupted made me look forward to my next visit to the store. Mark was lively, welcoming, and very knowledgeable, thank you for being you.

Upon entering the store, my husband and I were greeted and asked if we needed help. The staff were friendly and helpful. Most of all, our item was in stock.

Watch the cashier Lydia she is trying to charge a different price on the carpet remnants than was marked

Employee would not let me use military discount because she already rang up my items and said I should have asked to use it before. I would have asked her to redo it but I was in kind of a rush.

Wish the survey was a QR code on the receipt that took me right into the survey instead of having to enter the lengthy ID and Password

Riverdale store is always been my do it yourself store not only their friendly staff but very organize store

I usually have a hard time finding a customer care person. However today at least three people were available to help and I appreciate it! Lost a star for the outside appearance : ( litter

Store Mangers Mr.Charles, and Mr.Mark are always helpful/kind/ and knowledgeable! Store associates Ms.Sylvia in plumbing, and Mr.Gaybe in electrical are super helpful/knowledgeable/ and kind! I love this location!

I was in homedepot shopping on July 2nd Wendy gave me great 👍🏾 service

Darreon Gilliam, went over and beyond to help me when I misplaced my driver license. She got managers involved and called me multiple of time to keep me informed. You're kindness will not go unnoticed because I thank you on 3 different platforms.

There are a handful of employees here that are actually nice and helpful. The rest of the staff here don't seem to care about helping at all. I once waited over 30min in the paint dept. because the person who worked that counter was in a staff meeting. There should have been SOMEONE there or at least a "BRB" sign. My most recent "trip" was an online delivery order in which THREE items were incorrect. The manager said delivery people should contact me to schedule a pick up for my return - no one ever called or followed up. Had to contact general customer service via text to get it picked up. And my refund never came even though in their system, it had shown received. I, once again, had to contact customer service. This location is truly sad.
