The store is convenient, well-stocked, and has a great crew working there. The cashier who helped me, Cheryl, was very friendly and professional. I've never had a bad shopping experience here, unlike Lowe's where derailments seem the norm.

Staff was extremely pleasant, professional and helpful. Made my experience so much easier and enjoyable compared to recent experiences elsewhere.

VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL EMPLOYEES

My last visit to Home Depot in Rockland, ME was on March 1, 2018. It was a great experience. There were Associates available in the Building, Flooring and Lighting Departments to help me find and load the materials I needed that day. The Cashier was pleasant and professional. Checkout was quick and pleasant. There was an Associate handy to help load my materials into the back of my truck. I usually do have a good experience when shopping at the Rockland HD.

This location has always had friendly and extremely helpful salespeople. We have purchased a new refrigerator dishwasher and water heater in the last 2 months. We'll be back soon for more!! Great people and excellent pricing!

On July 26, 2017 I went to my Rockland, Maine Home Depot for a garden cart. I found just what I wanted but was dismayed that it was disassembled in the box. I asked the store employee, Katie Spear, if I could get one put together as I am a recent widow and knew it would be a frustrating, if not an impossible, job for me. She jumped right away to gather the tools she needed and assembled the cart for me. It took quite a lot of effort as the bolts were unwieldy and the shape of the cart made it awkward. Katie worked diligently and cheerfully until it was done and perfect. I then found out that Katie will be transferring to another Home Depot in another state. While I am happy for her (this was the first time I had met her) I am sad that the Rockland, Maine store is losing such a young, hard-working associate. The store she is transferring to will be lucky to have her on board!

The Rockland , Maine Home Depot Store is by far the best in the Home Depot chain. Upon your're arrival you will be greeted sincerely and their desire to assist you is genuine. My wife and I recently visited the Rockland location due to our refrigerator failing while we were gone. We were assisted by Sharon on choosing a new refrigerator , Ken and his crew scoured the store to find us a loaner to aid us during the shipping of our order . They all were so helpful, Due to there kindness we offered to purchase the loaner which was in new condition to start with. Gerry, Ken, and Ashton all went to work on the numbers and offered us a very gracious price which helped out our situation far more than they could ever know. Sky assisted in the purchasing in her kind, gracious, and compassionate manner that she always displays, and Jamie was standing by to assist me in loading and securing the refrigerator to my trailer. Please all be aware that during this entire process, all of the kind people i have previously mention offered to have it delivered and installed for me, basically making it a turnkey purchase. WOW HOME DEPOT WHERE DID YOU FIND SUCH KIND, CARING, COMPASSIONATE PEOPLE IN THIS DAY AND AGE? I PRAY THAT THE HOME DEPOT CORPORATION CONSIDER THIS REVIEW IN ALL OF THERE ANNUAL COMPENSATION INCREASES AS THESE PEOPLE ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF ALL OF MY PERSONAL AND COMPANY NEEDS THIS WAY, AND IS WHY THE ROCKLAND HOME DEPOT IS MY PRIMARY BUILDING SUPPLIER

I and my company have been doing business with the Rockland, Maine Home Depot , since its inception and through out the years it continues to surprise me over and over. They continue to take input from there contractors like us and institute changes in there department protocols, available products, as well as dealing with new vendors to provide new products and services to us thereby enhancing our ability to serve our customers. We are always treated like family, and there service is second to none. Recently they have introduced a online order system that allow customers to pick up there orders just 2 hours after it is initiated, this new service has proven invaluable to us , especially in those rare times that we need materials delivered to us in a time sensitive manner. Although the Home Depot as a whole is an exceptional company the Rockland Maine Home Depot is in my opinion truly the Flagship Store of there Corporation, due soley to there exceptional Management and staffing of whom always put the needs of there customers first before themselves. THANK YOU HOME DEPOT FOR THAT YOU DO FOR US IN COASTAL MAINE
