If you’re shopping for a new stove, go see Becky in appliances. She was an outstanding help— patient with our (many) questions, not pushy at all, professional, and so knowledgeable! Really made buying our new stove a joy!

Customer Service has not customer service skill or ambition. Orders get cancelled, no help to figure out why or the remedy. Good riddance.

During a major home renovation, have found that Home Depot associates provided the best assistance and knowledge with the multiple projects that we had. Also able to take advantage of the many specials that occurred during the whole renovation. Know better now not to run around town looking for help and pricing, just stop in to Home Depot.

Went into the store after work11/10/22 @ 430 pm, looking for a specific Behr stain for our deck. The paint staff gentleman was super helpful and he determined the product I needed was out. He called his supervisor, Todd to help because he knew there was 2 delivery trucks out back that had not been unloaded yet. Todd spoke with me and then ventured out back to “wade” thru product on the truck for my product. He came back to the paint dept with stain in hand!!!! I was so impressed with his willingness to help me, I wanted to hug him, had it been appropriate. He went above & beyond what he could have done. Excellent service, kudos to Todd and the 2 others workers in the paint dept this day.

My last visit at this store was very enjoyable because of a super helpful and nice associate. I wish everyone in those stores were as helpful attentive and nice. Thank you Lela Rockwell.

Just bought a new washing machine from Brenda at Home Depot, she was resourceful, not pushy, kind and VERY helpful. We can hardly wait for our dryer to give out so we can come back and get a new one from her.

A couple other home improvement business did not provide the products we needed. Praise The LORD for Home Depot as they had ALL the items necessary for us to complete our project. In particular J Channel and Facia (white).

Went in today got 28 fence sections, 24 bricks, and dig door. The store had everything I needed.

I was in the market for new appliances ~ Becky was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Well worth the trip to the store. Prices were also competitive to other places. I purchased from here and the items were delivered at no additional charge.

Michael in paint spent time answering my questions regarding refinishing a floor and he checked all the boxes in terms of home depot core values.. The associates are generally friendly and helpful at this location. It definitely has a classic home depot vibe and culture. The help on the sales floor has definitely thinned out over the years but at this particular location it was not too busy that you can't get help within a few minutes. Of course do your own research and don't depend on one opinion from a store worker. But a good associate can give you that last bit of information to tip the scale towards a sale.

She was fabulous and went the extra mile for us. she gave us good old fashioned customer service with a smile. and made us feel like she was there just for us. She found us exactly what we wanted all in the color and same manufacturer. Which we were told by several other stores was impossible to get. She did it and got us what we wanted within 10 minutes of knowing what we were looking for. Absolutely a polite person likeable pleasant and all with a smile. best customer service Ive had in years. I will definately go back to her and recommend anyone else to do that. The other stores wanted to sell us what they had to move there inventory rather than try to get us what we wanted. And she had everything in store. eventho we would have waited months to get what we wanted. we didnt have to.

Jake did a great job of answering all the questions I had and was very helpful in helping me find what I needed in a timely fashion.

Only had it a week but love them and the price was the best I could find. Checked all the other major stores. The big selling point was free delivery and set up.

We recently moved to Michigan. I’ve been to this store up to 3 times a day with workers needing one thing or another. Very helpful and courteous staff.

Whatever you do don't sign up for a Home depot card if you plan on using it! We have had nothing but problems with the customer service for the credit card. We needed to change our address for the billing and you would of thought we asked to light one of the stores on fire not just a simple normal request. They locked me out of my card cause I wanted to change my address. Dont do the Home Depot credit card.

I purchased a Schlage keyed entry doorknob to replace one in my home and received excellent service when I asked an employee about getting it rekeyed to match the existing knob in my home.

I’m renovating my kitchen, have been able to buy everything I need for the entire project at great value. Clerks have been helpful &knowledgeable.

the ramset mastershot was exactly as described. lightweight, but powerful. very easy to follow operating instructions. very easy to use. wish i bought this years ago.

I appreciated the store operator trying to reach the department that I needed and having said department return my call

We have purchased several things both on line and in store and have been extremely satisfied with product and service provided. Staff always extremely polite and helpful.

Lady at self check out was extremely helpful. The store did not have the blink camera we wanted but she informed us on how we could still get one through them.

Craig is an amazing salesman. He is very knowledgeable, kind, and a great sense of humor. His passion for his job shows in the great customer service he provides. We were highly satisfied with our experience with him we made sure to ask if he would be working when we planned our next visit a few days later.

I have homes for the disabled and I can always find what I need it’s my kind of store
