The Store is Clean and Neat with competent and friendly Staff.

Store Staff are always Friendly and Very Helpful and Store is always Clean and Neat.

Unfortunately the associates on the sales floor never came to help me but I still found what I was looking for. The person who made up for that inconvenience was the cashier who helped me at self checkout. Her name was Ana she was absolutely amazing, extremely friendly, by far the best customer service I’ve encountered at any Home Depot. She even apologized for the inconvenience I experienced even though it wasn’t her fault. She made me feel a lot better about my visit and I thank her for putting a smile on my face at the end of the day! Great work!

Help was available when I needed it

If the store has a sign up that says You must wear a mask to come in I certainly did not see it. There should be a BIG sign and there should be an associate or a guard at the entrances that do not allow people in without a mask it's the law that people must wear a mask. Home Depot should set an example. I had a Hispanic woman without a mask, coughing, that I practically had to run from she kept coming near me even though I said stay back and put my hand up.

Associates are always available to help. Store is clean and organized.

Excellent teamwork and customer service, as opposed to some stores that have forgotten the founders mission

Very pleasant and knowledgeable employees. Everyone was upbeat and seemed Happy in this very strange time. All my items were in stock. Pricing is always good. All Covid, precautions seemed to be in place. I was very comfortable in the store.

Great Store Manager! We were early and the staff assigned to appliances had not arrived yet. Store Manager helped us all until the end even though the assigned staff arrived during the transaction.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, when you can find someone to answer your questions. They seem to be somewhat understaffed at this time.

The store was clean, and neat, service was awesome as always, the paint department always have and do the perfect Color for you're needs, . I would Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a new project or just to buy a pencil , they have everything, under the sun.

The store staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked so I was able to get what I was looking for quickly and at good prices.

You have made your paint department so people have to wait on your employee to get any kind of paint, they pick the most expensive paint, my son got his own can of paint and had it ripped from his hand by an employee and was told with a few cuss words and nothing but attitude that he wasn't allowed to do that anymore. So now there is a bunch of people all right next to each other, some with no masks on, when there doesn't need to be. For safety sake you need to change that quick.

The store is adequately equipped with a completely diverse set of household tools, equipment, appliances and products. It provides a one-stop shop for all your household needs including; courteous, knowledgeable, helpful staff who will point you to anything you are not sure how to find. If in doubt, ask for Jacqueline, she won't let you down!
