This is a very nice store to shop at. It's clean, well stocked and every employee is knowledgeable and very friendly. I would defiantly recommend this store to shop at.

This was my second trip in a week, and my experience was as good as the first. Everyone was pleasant and the workers extremely helpful. Instead of just directing me to the proper aisle, he escorted me there and did not leave until he was sure I had the right product that I needed. Cashier was likewise friendly and courteous. Love the store. Now my #1 place to shop for DIY products--they appear to have everything and a lot of it!

I went in to Home Depot today after I was not helped by a salesperson at a small specialty store (probably because I am not a contractor). The salesperson at Home Depot (Dave R.) was incredibly helpful in assisting me find what I needed. The exact part was not available but he was able to work it with an adapter to make it work perfectly. I would highly recommend this store. The cashier was also very friendly. Made my day!

"Ken" in Returns REDEFINES the ole saying: "put up or shut-up" ... He was GREAT !. *Home Depot will ALWAYS do what it takes / "Ken" is this example and then - some / I highly recommend this Store / amid the GREAT People there.

Customer service is always good when I go to the store

Wonderful experience with sales reps, Mya and Tamara. Both went out of their way to help me and research all my options. It made my experience a very pleasant one. Both professional, friendly and accommodating.

When shopping for home improvement needs, there are other stores in the area that will help you. Poor service, out of stock on needed items and slow checkout make other stores a much better option.

The associate in the kitchen design department was excellent and truly knew her stuff. Thank you Amy, you were such a big help.

L. Lee Lamb in the flooring department was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He is great at his job and I would definitely recommend this Home Depot for flooring needs.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff here! Mike (works in the paint department) is so kind, efficient, helpful, and outgoing. I can tell he is a great worker. My boyfriend and I have been repainting our entire house and he has been here every time we come and we love talking to him. He is always in a good mood, and so friendly.

The store was well organized and we could quickly find what we were looking for and get back home promptly. The two associates that interacted with were most welcoming and friendly and personable!

Home Depot a great place to shop , ever need help with bathroom problem ask for Dave he is the Best .

Got great help on a dehumidifier selection. Unfortunately, it did not work out of the box. However, when I brought it back two days later they could not have been more accommodating and helpful in an exchange. They even took the new one out of the box to make sure all the controls worked.

Customer service at the Bay Road, Saginaw Michigan Home Depot store was amazing. Amy in appliances went above and beyond expectations. Generally speaking, all sales associates were friendly and helpful. Very nice store!!

I was looking for a dishwasher and went into Home Depot. There was a young woman, Amy Abel who helped me and really knew all about dishwashers. I was impressed. She helped me pick out just the right one for my price. It was refreshing to get such great customer service with an employee who acted genuinely happy to help me.

The associates were unfriendly and when placing an order on line to pick up, the items recieved were junk ones that they were trying to get rid of. They had perfectly good ones in stock. Had to return my order and get it myself!

Be careful when you order from the storrthey tell you that their product will be delivered I ordered lumber a week before my project the day before delivery they told me they couldn't get it for another week what a joke

The store was clean and products were easy to find. Sales associates went above and beyond to help with carpet measurement and installation. Sanitizing baskets and taking safety measures seriously to keep everone safe.

Loved that young employees were knowledgeable and patient with me during my selection of flooring.

The associates in appliances were above And beyond in answering my questions, patiently awaiting my decision and helping me choose the product that worked best for me. I left the store comfortable with my decision and very happy with my interactions inside. They made me feel like what I needed was more important than what they wanted to sell most.
