my go to for home improvement

We have shopped here for so many things from plants to kitchen remodeling and have been 100% satisfied with everything. The employees make it a great place to shop.

The service I recieved was great as has it been in the past.

Seamless design, purchase and scheduling for installation of my Tuff Shed with 3 different associates. Installation is scheduled for 8 days out and looking forward to another professional and pleasant customer service experience with the build crew! Thanks guys!

Store associate went above and beyond to help me complete a small project that greatly influenced my professional work. Because of him I was able to get back to what I do - faster - and nobody had to reschedule. They made me feel like I was family while I was there. Even another customer stopped to help me!

When asking a Floor Employee where we could find something, they don't just tell you they actually take to it.

I was looking for only one item, and was having trouble finding it. And for the first time ever, I did NOT have to ask for help, one of their employees ASKED ME, if he could help me! All I got was his first name, Donovan!

Paul was so helpful in helping me find the correct Cadet heater. Lori the cashier was so friendly. Christina at customer service is awesome.

I didn’t know how to patch drywall after… miscalculating the weight bearing abilities of a curtain rod. Thankfully, Sam gave me a quick rundown on how-to and helped me find the materials I’d need.

I was kind of in a hurry to check out and a cashier opened another register to help me.

Needed to get some boards to replace damaged ones on my house trim.

Appliance and Flooring Specialist Carson went above and beyond helping me in the Appliance area. He was courteous, respectful and eager to meet my needs. He made what could have been an intimidating experience one that was totally opposite, very pleasant so much so, I want to go to him on all my appliance needs!!!. He really is "Golden!"

I have shopped at Home Depot for many many years. Usually the shelves are full, which I really appreciate. Unfortunately, this time, after the sale, there was no Vigaro mulch on the shelves. so I did shop elsewhere, and got mulch.(3-2 cuft bags for $10).

We currently have multiple projects going on all at once. I love being able to go to one store with decent prices to get everything!

I was looking for premium decking 2x6 and the material had splits, mold, and lots of edge wane. I was not satisfied with the quality.

Employee went above abs beyond to help me.

Michelle designed a fabulous kitchen. She is very talented and hardworking. I highly recommend working with her.

Two different staff members helped me find things I needed. But the person that checked me out was helpful and personable. Her name was Kelsey. She made it fun to be there!

We got in and out so fast with very friendly, helpful staff! We will continue getting our supplies from this home depot

Generally we find the staff to be very hslpful and ftriendly. there is usually someone just inside the entrance to greet us and help us know where things are

If you need to use the HD app at this store, you will need to figure it out BEFORE you get to this store. No one there knows anything about the HD app. They never see it, have not been trained in its use, and will not be able to figure out how to use it. If you have Pro discounts or member benefits, find them on the app before you get there to be able to actually use them. One HD employee told me people over 45 have difficulty with the new technology.

My elderly mother and I had such a great experience at this Home Depot. Normally this kind of store would be overwhelming for us, but the staff was so patient and helpful, we easily found.everything we needed (and more). We will definitely return.

Horrible customer service with no follow through in The appliance department. They definitely just want to take your money and stick it to ya.
