Home Depot requires serious training in Customer Service!

Don't go there unless you have no other choice! Burbank Home Depot on Flower street is only 10 minutes away and is much, much better stocked and maintained!

The store was clean the products were accessible and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful.

John-Paul Rosado in the paint department was a huge help in scoping out which primer and paints to purchase and how to ensure that our painting project would be successful. Shopping here was a very pleasant and efficient experience.

Art, a person at the paint department, was so great! I know nothing about paint and he was able to explain what I was buying and helped me pick the best paint for my bathroom project. Very very helpful and nice.

Easy for me to reach the store, I'm living in Tujunga, so about 10 miles no traffic, good convenient store and I'm shopping at this location almost %90 of the times.

This is my home store. I live just mins. Away and they always seem to have what I’m looking for. Friendly employees make my shopping experience a pleasure.

Be weary of small minded and lazy employees. Not all at this location are to blame. Just one male at the pro services desk and a female manager. They do not have the company's best interests in mind. They are sale killers just there for a paycheck. Don't ask them to go the extra mile, they won't. They openly discriminate and judge you based on your appearance. If you look suspect, don't bother asking for help. Just use the self checkout. Fortunately, machines do not discriminate and are more respectful than these humans.

Store cleanliness is great, the staff is friendly like no other, employess are knowledgeable, and the checkout times are fast!

The associates at the paint department are always happy to help you, Brian and Mauricio in Electrical Department always do there best to help you find what you’re looking for, Monica knows all the departments she is always happy and with a smile trying to fulfill your needs, and Sashi in plumbing is a savvy, Pablito in Customer Service # 1, as you can tell I like to shop in this store

This Home Depot store is not bad, but I still prefer to drive extra 5 minutes and go to Burbank's location, which is better organized and stocked up.

Great deals on bulk items.

As for Home Depot's it is not my favorite but it is the neighborhood store. I'm forced to go there because it's close to home but, there are many other Home Depots with better customer service that this one. How I wish they all had the same quality people.

Very friendly employees and great customer service.

Needed to get a couple of 1/2” HardieBacker but there was none on the shelf. Asked for assistance from HD guys and at least 4 of them said it was coming. 45 minutes later, there was still no HardieBacker. To cut the story short, Vianey, the HD lady was kind enough to tell me to pay for them and pick them up outside. One pallet of cement board was just laying on the floor outside! They should have told me early on that I could just do that and not wait for 45 minutes for nothing. As a contractor, time spent outside of the jobsite is less productive, much less waiting for materials that I could have gotten somewhere quicker
