Stopped by the new Home Depot today and it was a great experience. An item in Gardening was out on the shelves and two members pulled a new box down for me. Several members throughout the store asked if I needed help and Sullivan in the Gardening area was a pleasure checking me out. So nice to see a retail store that remembers what Customer Service is. I hope it doesn't change over time, but this impression was a great one!

I've shopped at #0419 several times since it opened. The place makes me smile. The employees are the happiest I've encountered anywhere. Well stocked, happily employed, everything I could ask for.

I love this new San Tan Valley store. The employees are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and they go out of their way to assist you. What more is there to say. I have shopped other HD stores and the employees are just not of the same caliber.

I was treated like I was special when I went in today. Starting with the cashier and ending with the store manager and another employee helping me load my car.

My husband and I moved to San Tan Valley a couple of weeks ago and after purchasing our first home just five minutes from this Home Depot we have made a lot of trips here and we are so happy this location is so close to us. From extremely great customer service to how tidy and clean the whole store was we were 100% blown away by our experience here. Ron helped us purchase everything we needed to install a new kitchen sink and the floral department here is the most large, clean, and beautiful floral department we’ve ever seen. We’ve lived in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa and I’ve never been to a Home Depot and been more satisfied then at store #0419 in SanTan. Highly Recommend!!

Every employee at the Home Depot in san tan valley that I have met is always willing to go above and beyond.

Every time I come to this Home Depot, the nicest employees are more than happy to ask what project I am working on to help give advice. Rich helped me cut wood to the exact dimensions and was eager to answer any questions that I had for my new wood working hobby. Susan was so nice enough to to point me in the direction of where I needed to go. She showed so much interest in the project that I was working on and got me excited more for the project I was doing at home. She also paged Rich to help

team members were very friendly and knowledgeable about the specific areas and very willing to help

I couldn't be more pleased that The Home Depot located a store in my area. I used to have to drive 18 miles to the nearest. Now it's but 3 miles. I do prefer the Depot to others.
