Great friendly staff, product in stock, 1 stop shop!!

The store is so crowded you can’t walk through it

Many tough-guy pickup trucks racing through the parking lot. No bicycle rack Very inconvenient for those not driving to the store

This store has the friendliest and most knowledgeable people in Plumbing I have ever seen in a Home Depot. They are experienced and not afraid to ask you if you need help. With help, I found all my plumbing needs from Scott. All stores should be like this! It was a great experience.

The store is clean, the employees are nice but they are understaffed. Hard to find someone when you need help. Didn't used to be like that.

Plumbing issues :-( not to fret with Scott in the plumbing section! He was extremely attentive to my problem while further explaining more issues than I realized. Scott took it a step further and explained the entire solution while providing the parts necessary and instilled confidence in a DIY solution. I did it!

Sophia, was a great help to me! My smoke alarms were old and I assume not flashing red anymore. I had them on the wall she showed me they should be on ceiling because of the way smoke travels. So very very kind really helped me and I went home more thankful because she cared !!!!

If you need help in the appliance area, make sure to contact Mark Turner or Cindy Lacey, they are awesome and are more than helpful. Truly made us feel comfortable and spent as much time as needed.

The store is well stocked and clean. The big problem at this store is that almost every single employee lacks the knowledge and experience related to the department they work in and represent. They are most always unable to offer an accurate answer. Some employees will try to get you an answer, but more often they will not and simply move on (disappear)!

We all have our roles and jobs and tasks. Sometimes people are in a hurry. I have found there are some true shinning stars at this store. Upon returning several items from a construction site I was immediately provided with a young and friendly strapping young man to help me lift boxes of tile and other heavy items to take back into the store. Then I was assisted with the return process with LISA. Returns aren't always swift or easy but LISA was so kind, friendly, and reassuring "we would get through it together!" I loved having Lisa assist me with this big and time consuming task. Even when I found myself losing patience with the process, Lisa was supportive, caring, and got the job finished. Lisa has the badges to say what a long and great employee she is but SHE IS FABULOUS! Thank you Lisa for a spectacular job!!

This is the 2nd time during a large order that it was mishandled and when promised delivery it did not happen. The second promised delivery also never happened and I ended up cancelling the order and ended up paying significantly more for the pleasure of doing business with a nearby outfit that actually stocks and delivers when they promise.

The Home Depot in Sandpoint/Ponderay area is always clean, the employees, for the most part, are supportive and friendly. I can almost always find what I need and I always find things I want even if I don't need them! :D

In my opinion The Home Depot change a lot . They hired people that are very friendly , knowledgeable and very helpful. I really enjoy shopping there . They have also great discounts on plants. The Home Depots became my favorite store to shop for plants.

Very nice and protective

I like finding excuses to come to this particular Home Depot. I really like shopping here. I moved here 2 mos ago and have spent many, many hours in this store. I've bought a washer, front door, storm door, all new door handles and locks, supplies for an entire backyard drip system, etc. The employees are SO helpful and nice! I haven't met a dud yet. Kim in the door dept is stellar and so is Diana in the appliance dept. Everyone really wants to help you! It's great. I'm generally not used to being treated so well in the stores where I came from. It's joyously refreshing.

Management requires mask for all customers. Management will not enforce there own policy. Customers are flagrantly strolling throughout the store flaunting there right NOT to wear masks.

Over-all, The Home Depot has the most knowledgeable and friendly employees. And the employees at this store are the best!
