Hello, Love that we and others can bring their dogs into the store. Just makes it a much better shopping experience and meet so many people that way.

It's very easy to get in and out and find everything you need. Another plus is the wide aisles so you can comfortable move around without other shoppers getting in the way.

Sneered at and stared down (or glared at) by two different return employees Kyle and Christina Hintz.

We shopped the Home Depot in Sebastian and found the staff very helpful and patient. The cashier went above and beyond to help us get our military discount.

I often have questions when I shop at Home Depot and all staff at the Sebastian, FL store are always friendly and helpful. If the first person I ask does not know the answer to my question, he/she promptly finds someone who does.

The Home Depot in Sebastian, FL is an excellent place to shop. The employees are friendly and very helpful! Have shopped here for a few years and the experience is always above and beyond expectations.

Thankful that we have a Home Depot available in our area. Plant section is my favorite.

Walked around for 20min and not one employee, out of the 15 I walked by and even made eye contact with, said hello or even acknowledge me including the cashier. I live in Sebastian and prefer to drive to Lowe’s in Vero where they treat you like people and not jus another customer. This is exactly why I only by small items here if have to! the cashier did not even open her mouth to me but was chattin it up with another employee when I walked up to wait for her convo to finish and then she had the audacity to to circle my something on my receipt and still, not a word. hope your happy with your survey!

No matter how many times I have gone to this store, there is Always someone more than willing to give me help, if it is needed, and I appreciate that. It's sad to say, that Friendly, Helpful, Salespeople, are hard to find these days. It reminds me of the days when you got Full Service at Gas Stations, Windshield washed, back, and front, oil checked, along with all other fluids, and always Service with a Smile. I thought those days were long gone, but Not at Home Depot, that's why, whenever I need something, I get it from Home....Home Depot, that is!

Sebastian Home Depot, well situated, very convenient, and friendly. What ever i need, i always go there, and always have a great experience with the employees. There is always someone who will come to you and ask you if you need help, and will go with you until you find what your are looking for. Great service and clean place to shop.

The employees in the paint department are friendly and efficient.

When I shop at Lowe’s I always get a 10 per cent veterans discount. At Home Depot only certain classes of veterans get a discount. I put 8 years and the military and thank God I am not disabled but I am not in the classes you recognize. Why do you discriminate against some classes of Veterans? Because of your policy in the last 8 months I have spent over $8000 at Lowe’s and under $300 at Home Depot

That is the employees in this store are outstanding. You made need to find something and they are immediately on it, walking to the exact isle and loading it in your basket for you, taking it out to the car and you need not worry about anything because the best part is that they provide super customer service while implementing resources as to what works, why it works what is the most significant choice for what you are trying to achieve while smiling . You always walk out feeling that you just left a family re-union and in the end it was a time well spent!!Thank you all.

Your associate was definitely not friendly and I was definitely not able to find what I was looking for. The store was busy and as tidy as you would expect for a Saturday morning. Your cashiers were friendly but your paint department person was definitely not.

I was able to find all that I needed in 3 departments with easy. Go to register and have someone help me put things in car. I was in and out of the store in 45 minutes.

Customer Service in the store is the worst. Navigating through the store is difficult when you can't get around gossiping employees.
