I shop here all the time. Everybody is always nice but, if you want to know about paint.. Ask for Joe or Susan. Steven is a man that helped us with light bulbs for a new Chandelier we just bought, he asked enough questions to help us figure out that we needed a new dimer switch as well or the LED lights wouldn't dim. Great Job Steven!!!! Awesome staff and store.

I was very impressed with the friendly sales associates. Definitely a lot more stock than the store I had previously shopped.

I did hit the wrong answer,I 'll shop at Home Depot again they were very helpful AN nice they help us this was good ,my husband had a stroke in Nov we had some things mess up ,so it's nice to have friendly people help an know where everything is THANK YOU SO MUCH

The people here are head and shoulders above that other box store near here. Well stocked shelves, knowledgeable people, and they will actually stop and take the time to lead you to something instead of just giving you a general area that it might be located. I will use this store whenever I can.

Well, being female sometimes you go in to stores like this and you are overlooked but I wasn't and I was treated with respect and not like I was lost and stumbled into the Home Depot... In there it was a great shopping experience I plan on doing more shopping there, thanks guys.

I'd like to rate the Seneca, SC Home Depot as an A+ on the display of their Christmas items. Every year without fail the artificial Christmas trees with their lights/decorations are so attractive. The Santas and Snowmen are well placed and really brighten up that area. The store has a great assortment of lights and other outdoor decorations. Every Christmas it's one of my favorite stores for holiday ideas. The associates always are friendly and go the extra mile to find an item when needed.

Horrible customer service

My wife and I have been visiting this Seneca location for two years and we are getting to know the employees on a first name basis. They are very helpful and have solved many of our construction problems finding a better solution and going easier on our money. Thank you Home Depot!

When looking for help in this Home Depot it depends on which employee you ask. Some workers appear to be irritated at being asked questions. This store does not appear to have as large a selection as most Depots I have shopped. It is clean and the location is very good. I can't imagine any management tolerating groups of employees hanging out and ignoring the customers and employees might want to know Home Depot's military policy!

I had no issue getting what I needed for one of my home projects. The staff was very friendly and helpful in fulfilling my needs!

My cashier, Serena, asked if I needed help with a couple heavy items and I said, I'd appreciate it. She personally took my items outside and loaded them in my car for me. I really appreciated that!

I've been the competitor down the street, but they don't always have what I need. I've even had employees of that store refer me, saying something like, "Well sorry we don't have it, but if you go down to Home Depot they should have it". I like going here because they usually have it, and the customer service is great.

I just returned from Home Depot Seneca. A gentleman I think Kevin, As well as the cashier in garden center could not have been nicer. I could not find exactly what I wanted, but was shown the next best thing in such s way, made me glad I came to Home Depot. Kudos to Home Depot.

The store itself and the employees are doing the best they can. However, I would not recommend getting any roofing or gutter work done through this store. There were problems from the very beginning. The consultant arrived at our home with an attitude. Then the manager arranging the work fell down on the job. I put down a deposit and was told "Good luck in getting it back" First I was told I would get it back then no I wouldn't. After stopping in the store to pay a bill, I got a phone call saying the deposit was available. Serena, front desk manager, was very helpful and she should be recognized.

Products easily found. The store was very clean and shelves were stocked and neat. Everyone was very friendly, and asked if I needed assistance. I really had a great experience at checkout.

Most of your employees are great. One of your outdoor employees is a real dud. I don't know that persons name but it is clear she doesn't care if you live or die.
