I was truly amazed at the level of customer service I received during a recent visit and wanted to share this womith others. Karianne went out of her way to provide an exceptional shopping experience and I am thankful for the deduction to her customers.

My husband I frequent home depot often. Supplies like furnace filters, water softeners, paints, door knobs, new front door with dead bolt, moulding, gardening supplies, pool deck supplies etc..many products have sparked many home improvement projects year by year.

GE refrigerator delivered 6-20-22. Doors uneven such that it looked like the door was stuck open despite being closed BUT...it was quiet, normal refrigerator noise. GE techs unable to fix, GE woudlnt address it. HD, after going back and forth with GE (this is a GE defect) replaced the unit which arirved 10-3. Unfortunately this one is 100x worse. The doors are still uneven but the issue is it makes terrible compressor noise and the freezer knocks. The GE tech replaced a motor and fan in the freezer (brand new unit) and said the compressor was normal. No explaination as to why we didnt hear the noise in the 1st unit. compressor pulses loudly and sounds like a giant cricket chirping, can be heard across 3 rooms, we cannot even eat in our kitchen as its so irritating. The freezer repair eliminated the kocking which was intermittent but now it whistles every 2 seconds like the replacement parts are bad. Herina and Todd are replacing this unit this upcoming monday and we are praying to God that its quiet.

This seems to be one of the best locations for employee retention. It is nice to get consistent help from well trained employees that remember you and you are comfortable working with .

You asked me for a store review, but your writing guidelines ask me to avoid writing about customer service and focuses on the product. Ok you have things I bought one.

Cashier Samantha was very rude. I am a contractor having multiple customers. So I had 3 transactions for 3 customers. She was helping me about some transection. But she scanned 1 item 2 times. When I asked her she removed it but, instead of getting sorry, she was telling me "you made it complicated". I asked her no I didn't. But still she did argue with me.

Fast and efficient Pretty much has what is needed.

Employees always willing to assist

Asked for help twice while at this store, both times we were helped and provided great assistance finding what we needed. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. Will visit again soon!

Had a few enquiries on the purchasing of a new propane grill...staff was more than accommodating. Was able to get the whole shebang all the way down to the optional smoker accessory. Hank Hill would be so proud of them I tell you what.

The store was busy, but employees were more than willing to help and knew exactly what I needed and where to find it. Lots of variety of the products I needed and nothing was out of stock.

Oh my gosh, I was a Valu shopper for 20+ years, then I move to WS and HD is closer, so I went there and let’s just say, this is my go to store from here on in. What a wonderful experience to shop somewhere that has so much items and very well stocked.

I bought Hampton Bay landscape lighting,love it, a great value

I drive the extra miles to go to this particular Home Depot as I find the customer service to be so much better than the other store which is closer to me. Hats off to their employees, as well as their Asst. Manager, Josh, (No, I didn’t know him till today) who made things right. Feeling thankful for employees who still give out great customer service.

The cashier Peter was very professional and helpful. More employees throughout the industry should thrive on meeting Peters professionalism.

I wanted to switch a product for a different color that is listed at the same price point. Instead of doing an even swap, they gave me a merch credit and made me buy the same product at a higher price point. Now I am out $50 for swapping out the same product.

The last couple of times I've been in the store I have always been asked if I need help. This past time I was helped by a gentleman named Dave. He helped me choose an adjustable ladder. Showed me how to adjust it and made sure that I could handle the weight of it. Dave cashed me out and also brought the ladder to my car and loaded it into my car for me. I will definitely be back to this store.

The staff at the West Seneca store is always very helpful!!

Customer service lacked except at the cashier...stocking shelves on a saturday at 10:00 am instead of customer service...not good..save the replenish for night or when it slows down...no hellos.. Very cold atmosphere.. But the store was clean for a depot.

Today my experience with my cashier Robert was amazing. We need more people like him in this world. Love to work with people and give his 150%to make you feel like you want to come back to see him.

This store is great. The employees are very helpful and you can actually find someone very quickly. I will most likely be back to this location in the future.

Went to the store to buy items for a home improvement job and some plants. Ended up returning some items from the home-improvement job and went to buy some more plants needed to ask where an item was from two different people in the garden department neither of whom knew how to answer my question nor did they try to get anyone else to answer it the third person was on a personal call while she was working and would not answer my question. Finally got my items and went to the cash register where the cashier told me that my credit card did not work in the register and her solution was for me to gather all of my things and take them all the way back inside to the register at the far end and check out. I asked her to get another cashier for the other register and she told me there weren’t enough employees available in the store for her to do that. I then asked for a manager. Who then came to the other cash register and checked me out without a problem however when I attempted to explain to him the issues that I had in his store he could not be less concerned the only thing he was worried about was that I got his name and rated him a number five on the survey. The service in the store is some of the most horrific service I have ever received anywhere ever
