Was so sad to see a buggy full of dying succulents that were to be thrown in the dumpster but was told they couldn’t give them away as the store doesn’t own them. If you can’t give them away because you don’t own them, how can you throw them away? So very sad and disappointing as a plant lover to see this. Will not be recommending anyone to this garden dept and will not be purchasing plants from Home Depot for my group promotion giveaways.

Every time that I come into Home Depot no matter if it is in the afternoon or early morning The cashier Gregnesha is always full of smiles and is so helpful . If I ask her where a product is she either looks on her Home Depot app to try and help me but if she can’t find it she always find someone that may can help. She always greets me and is willing to help me check out in self check out . She has great customer service .

I've been to other improvement stores, including other Home Depot stores. This particular store was very helpful and the cashier Joseph was very nice!

Gill in flooring gave exceptional service and went the extra mile from start to finish with a online purchase return!

Joseph was very busy a his register, but still offered to help load my potting soil. He was friendly and helpful. He is a great employee!

Went to purchase a transformer for doorbell employee told us the exact isle and we were out of there in just a few minutes Joseph our cashier was so friendly and took time with us and our shopping experience.

This particular store generally has very friendly staff, is conveniently located near interstate I49, and has a great selection of products. It’s not nearly as crowded as other stores around Shreveport.

Bought RYOBI P21801 18V leaf blower. Light weight, easy to use, came with 4Ah battery & charger - my wife even likes it.

I went to return the 32’ladder i rented the previous day and there wasn’t enough staff there to assist in storing it.

This is my favorite store to shop. Me and my little dog cruise the isles “window shopping” during the week days or weekends. Sometimes we make a purchase and sometimes we don’t we just like being there.

The cashier, Rita, was the only employee I interacted with. But she was responsive, efficient and overly helpful to this senior citizen. An hour before a Sunday nite closing, she did the work of several employees. Thanks to her I had a great experience

Always get positive and friendly service from Joseph in the garden center. He is a true asset to the Home Depot family. We will go out of our way to shop at the location.

Not too bad. Trey and Tracy were both gentleman. They loaded my shingles and wouldn’t let me push the cart up front to pay. Trey help load them on the back of my truck, said thanks for shopping and to come back.

I extremely hate how some head cashiers treat their employees. Especially the BLACK ONES. I mean terrible HEAD CASHIERS. I don’t like IT.

Bob in hardware provided exceptional help for me to locate and purchase mounting clips in another department. This exceeds my expectations for outstanding customer service!
