The wife and I were looking for a dryer, went to a Silverdale Big Box Electronics Store, they were nice and nerdish but had nothing in stock available until November (?). Went up the street to Home Depot Silverdale, Alex in Appliances was finishing up with another customer and helped us. She showed us a dryer. She showed us another and said my manager wants me to sell this floor model at a discount. You can have it right away! WE BOUGHT IT! Courteous Rafie carried it out to our car at the loading dock. We had our dryer The Same Day! Outstanding and Bravo Zulu to Home Depot Silverdale!!!

somewhat understaffed

In and out fast, found just what I was looking for that the other store (L) didn't have.

The Home Depot in Silverdale WA is a fun and very enjoyable place to shop and get what you need for around the yard and house. The associates are friendly and will to assist you. The cashiers are also very helpful, they smile and are upbeat and positive. A wonderful experience.

I came in planning on purchasing 10 large totes. There were only 9 large totes available but only 7 lids. The store manage, Dwaine went to back of store and checked the very top shelves for lids, no luck. Chris M., another employee offered his assistance. He ran up to front of store to double check stock, no luck. Chris offered 2 extra large totes for the prices for the large since there were no large lids available. Happy with the helpfulness and GREAT customer service!!!

For the most part everyone is helpful and friendly and they got quality tools and a good selection

clean, well organised, easy to shop, the employees have always been great to work with. because i'm old it would be nice to have the bathrooms up front, if you know what i mean.

We knew where to look and so we found everything easily. We did not have to wait long, at all, in line and the checker, Fernando, was super friendly and genuinely interested in our project. And extra bonus! Fernando spoke Spanish to my Spanish speaking partner and English to me!.

We always choose to shop HD before any other store because they have several options for most of our products! And they are always so helpful and kind.

All associates I asked for questions were very helpful and will even walked with me to the products I was looking. Bravo Zulo.

Store was clean , staff were friendly but professional. Jessie in appliences was great. No pressure , just helpful and kind. Apologetic about delivery dates but that is way outside of her control. Overall , a good experience and buying a fridge. Thought the sanitizing station at the main entrance was a great touch.

The employees are rude. I have patronized this miserable dump for 7 years, and the service has gone down the tubes in the last 12 months. I will drive past this place now, on my way to any other store but this one.

I stopped in for some cabinet hinges and knobs for a paint project I had. Then I thought I'd pick up some paint rollers while I was there. Everything was so neat in the store and stocked so well. Then the best part was when I got to the register and Fernando was the cashier. I have to say how thoughtful and polite he was to me. I was carrying the paint rollers and hinges and right away he asked if I would like a paper bag and then said let the store know how my project turns out. I was a little tired from priming and taking my cabinet apart but after my trip to Home Depot I just felt so much more inspired!

I generally have a good time going to Home Depot in Silverdale. The staff is knowledgeable and pleasant. What I need is usually in stock. Occasionally, I have an exceptional experience at Home Depot, get really great assistance with a problem, instant heavy lifting, and truly friendly care. It is always a pleasure to shop at Home Depot.

The sales associate, James, was very helpful and patient. I was able to get the refrigerator. I was looking for, and he was patient when I was applying for the credit card.

I live in Seattle but wanted pavers to be delivered from the Silverdale store -- a gift to our son. The three associates (customer service, gardening, and the pro desk) I spoke with were friendly, professional and helped me place my order. It was actually a pleasant experience that left me smiling and feeling great! I have nothing but praise for them.

We weekend do it yourself people rely heavily on the experience and expertise of the employees at our local hardeware stores. You'll get just that at the Silverdale Home Depot. Honestly, it's like having a contractor working for you.

Times are crazy, We need to prioritize every time we expose ourselves to others. If you need the real work tools and supplies, go to Home Depot.

My husband and I spent several hours in the Silverdale Home Depot today, 4/18/2020, working on completing an addition to our home. I wanted to let you know that Jen (didn’t get her last name, would JAC0083 help) in Millworks was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us with ordering doors. She answered our many questions, took us back and forth through several different designs till we finally got what we felt would work. She assisted us in picking door hardware, then explained about delivery and pickup. Thank you Jen for all your time and effort!! Jen then introduced us to Trish MacCabe Design Consultant. She worked with us through all the different steps of designing a bathroom vanity, pantry storage, with lights, different types of sinks, and counter top options. She was knowledgeable in incorporating our ideas of what we wanted and helpful in showing us different options. She launched us on a positive track of making our new bathroom a place we will enjoy. Please let these two ladies know how much we appreciated their time helping us. It was a pleasure working with them.

The curbside pick up was very helpful at this time. I ordered ahead from on-line. Since I had to call from a cell phone from parking lot, when I arrived, the phone communication was rather poor but the person stayed on while I tried to chat.

I re-floored my entire house (15 areas). The flooring specialist (Dave) and expeditor (Rob) were very knowledgeable and professional. My project was completed on time and under budget because of these two specialists. I strongly recommend the Silverdale Home Depot Flooring Department for your flooring needs.

Great crew I’ve been going there for a while There are other stores in my area but I always seem to find myself back there they have better selections on products I use regularly and the staff is amazing

We shopped today to tackle mold As our 5 yr old daughter has asthma and was helped by David in the paint department. He taught us a thing or two today. We were also helped in the gardening area by Pam who helped me understand how to tackle my lawn. She showed me everything I needed and more. !!

I received good help from friendly and knowledgeable people.

Rude customer service. Employees here are Impatient, make fun of and humiliate you because you needed some advise.

Stopped by the Home Depot in Silverdale today, and ended up buying an appliance that we were just kicking around the idea of replacing. Excellent service and sales help.....Thanks!!!!
