The people at this store are always friendly, helpful and professional. I recently lost my husband and have been running into questions for which I don't have a clue. I know I can go there with my questions and get an answer.

I don’t go to home improvement stores very often, so I really can’t compare that well overall. However, Pam, who works in customer service, helped me very much in getting this product. She was very busy at the time but spent time with me over the phone and later called me back to tell me she did have the product in stock. I appreciate her time and effort.

I wanted help but didn’t want to put anyone out. Then can Joel!!! He asked if I needed help and did all the heavy lifting. Then went the extra mile and took to my truck without me asking. I used to be a manager and employees don’t always do what they are supposed. You don’t have to worry about him. Great job!!!

Employees are always so friendly and willing to help

I bought my pedestals for my Samsung washer and dryer over three weeks ago. There was an issue on getting them installed when I search the website for the product. It plainly says the installation was free there seem to have been some confusion about the installation. I spoke with the night manager And Miss Cindy at the customer service desk. They sent out Reggie and Jimbo for the install. They were absolutely amazing. They were on time very professional, even clean the fingerprints off of my washer and dryer after the installation of my pedestals I could not ask for greater customer service.

I also stock up on small items when coming thru Slidell, this store always seems to have plenty of stock in stains, hard wares and woodworking supplies.

After having a plumbing problem this Home Depot was a great place to put it all together again!!!!!

I have been a customer at the Slidell Home Depot on Airport Road since 1986. Almost without exception I've been able to get what I needed. There is almost always someone around to answer your questions or give you directions. I'm going back.

All the employees were very helpful I will always do most of my shopping for hardware needs. A good place to get what you need 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Every time I go to the Slidell Home Depot I am greeted and help with anything I need. Young and Old alike every one of your employees treat me respectfully and they are always very helpful.

Steve, in the shed department went above and beyond, helping us purchase a very large shed!

Every employee at this store was very concerned about our needs - the cashier, customer service desk, rental and even the guys in the floor loading our pallet. Terrific experience that saved us lots of time and some money!

I will never shop at this store again.. there was no help. The acciotes there don’t care about the customers at all. The people there are just getting paid to walk around.

Sherri M. Helped me twice in your store yesterday. When I went to checkout I was helped by a very polite cashier. Her name is not on my receipt that’s an injustice, Carol performed her job with the upmost skill and ease. I want to make sure she is recognized her name was not on my receipt and she deserves to be recognized. If I’m doing the work then I need to be compensated.

The customer service is great and they always have what I need.

I started shopping at this location in 2019 when I purchased a property that needed a major makeover. Ms. Valerie talked me into opening a commercial account and I have enjoyed the rewards from gas discounts and now 4% rewards on purchases. The store has a new manager but some employees have been there consistently. Cindy at customer services is always helpful as is Kennard. Steve in paints and Tony who is everywhere and anywhere needed, Nicole in tool rental as well as the men in the parking lot. Everyone is friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Every employee from the time I walked into the store until the time I left greeted me and/or offered assistance.
