The people I most deal with at this store are in the plumbing, electrical, flooring and paint departments. Those folks are top of the line!! Super knowledgeable and professional. Cannot recommend them enough.

Clean store and helpful employees

Home Depot used to have really excellent qualified employees and higher standards than I considered from other big box hardware stores however tonight was not the case. On Cyber Monday I ordered two DeWalt meant to be the four and a half circular saws but I ordered the seven and a half same price the picture looks the same and accidentally ordered the circular ones instead of the handheld ones came in tonight two days later and asked to speak to a manager to see that when they come in if I could exchange them for the smaller ones same price and the manager lady told me no and ran off

Staff at this store are very nice and helpful. I shop here frequently and each time I visit it’s always a great experience. If you need appliances look for Loretta or Mikala

After Having issues ordering an Oven online and getting it delivered I was able to talk with Brian the Manager. He stepped up and took care of my concerns in a very professional and polite manner. Without his assistance I most likely would have had to take my business elsewhere after 30+ years of buying items for our home from Home Depot. Thank you Brian!!

Chris W, in the Lumber Department went above and beyond to help me and to verify a product was actually available to ensure that my trip to the store would be productive. He Exemplifies Great Customer Service that can often be missing from big box retail stores. Thanks for going the extra mile Chris!

I would like to recognize employees John and Andrea for giving great customer service! These are employees that actually care about their job and the customers they serve. Friendliness and acknowledging that a customer needs help, asking if they need help before I needed to try and find someone that would even make eye contact is rare in my experience at Home Depot. John was not exactly sure where the item was that I needed so he told me he needed to go ask. He went and got Andrea and they took me back to where the product was using their hand held store merchandise locator. They were both really friendly and helpful!!

The Snohomish Home Depot is always my first stop for my lumber and hardware needs. The store is always clean and well stocked and I can always find what I am looking for quickly. The associates at this location are always friendly and helpful. Katherine at the front registers is exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful and caring

The store was very clean and staff were very friendly and approachable. They were very helpful in locating the appliances we sought out for. We will continue to shop at this store for we were very satisfied.

Every time I shop at Home Depot, I can rely on the store personnel to be very help and knowledgeable. It is a rare occasion that I leave Home Depot without the items I came for. They have, on many occasions, helped me find something that was more suitable for what I needed.

Store associates go out of their way to not be helpful, you really have to seek one down in order to get any sort of assistance.

They are out of everything. And if you ask for assistance don’t be in a hurry because one won’t come. So be prepared to load your cement into your truck!

The store associates are no longer customer oriented. For months I have gone to HD first when shopping for home project supplies. Not once has the experience been good. Associates no longer greet us, we are ignored when we try to get help, and when help does come we are treated like we are an intrusion on their day. I blame this on management. We have never had experiences like this before. Existing management needs to be transferred out and new blood demand customer first service, like it was before.

Ximena in flooring was super helpful in assiting us in our purchase. She made it easy to schedule a measurment and to purchase carpeting easily. Wish all box store experiences were like this.

Super fast and efficient call in order experience during Covid

Your employees were very helpful today: the woman in the tile department, the cashier, and Kitty, who helped my load my car.

Everything went great through the store until it came time to get help loading product into my truck. I watched the forklift driver help others and asked for help several times. After waiting an hour I finally loaded my own product, which was 16 8ft rail road ties.

Help can be hard to find. Every time I have purchased an appliance there, there have been problems, but the people are nice.

I always have great service at this store. Cashiers like Caroline and helpers like Allie always go out of their way to help me find what I need. Last time in the store both made sure I had help loading 24 diamond wall blocks into my truck at 60lbs each.

Ray in electrical helped me understand the steps and what I needed for my electrical project. Because of the virus my grandpa couldn't help, but RAY, was able to explain and show me the parts to get it done right. I would recommend anyone going in to the Snohomish store to say hi to Ray!

Nicest, most polite and helpful staff on more than one occasion for more than one situation in different departments. Every experience I've had here has been above and beyond what they should've or had to do. So nice to see that customer service is still alive.
