The customer service was outstanding. Six people assisted me my first time at this location and ALL were great, knowledgeable, professional, funny and kind. I was able to get extra information on how to use the items I purchased and other suggestions. No problems from the moment I asked my first question to help I received when loading my vehicle. Plenty in stock, clean, I didn't have to search for any help because there were enough people working and eager to help. They didn't run and hide when they saw me walking towards them (play busy). lol I will be back because I appreciate good service and don't mind spending my money when I receive outstanding service. Thank you

I tried to make a return from buying the extra 10% of LVP flooring. The purchase was made on my wife's card and I forgot the receipt. Amber treatment completed with eye roll, huff and announcing how I as the customer was at fault "and there is nothing I can do". I was simply seeking an instore credit as I had another purchase to make that day. I'm in the middle of a basement remodel project. She also corrected my child riding a card which was beyond inappropriate. Unacceptable

I went to Home Depot to grab a couple things in the morning time. The service was great and Paul was friendly, pleasant, and very professional. Always great service here.

Today, the employees that I encountered were seemed unhappy and rude. I was never greeted and when I did seek assistance the customer service woman made it seem like I was an inconvenience. Then, to add insult to injury, someone called the cashier in the middle of my return to accuse me of trying to return stolen items... items that I bought and paid for yesterday and I had my receipt to prove it. Then, the cashier herself accused me of only return one piece of a set and I had to inform her that she was, in fact. Looking at the wrong receipt item. If you're able, go to the Kingshighway BlVD one. It's smaller and has less of a selection sometime, but you are less likely to be racially profile.

Had the pleasure of being helped by the manager Brittney at this location and she was outstanding. She was super helpful and respectful. She went above and beyond trying to correct my issues with a online order and she helped me again the other day with a missing part out of the package I received. Brittney definitely saved a customer with her helpful and upbeat attitude. I'll definitely continue shopping with home depot because of the pleasant experiences with this awesome manager. Thanks again Brittney.

Staff know where items are in the store. Give excellent directions and location in the isles or end caps

This store always has the most helpful employees. And they're often knowledgeable. Even if they don't know about what you're needing, they'll direct you to someone who can help, or was you to that person.

Apparently I placed an order for pick up at a different store, well Paul didn’t hesitate on cancelling the misunderstanding and take care of my needs right away. Definitely the kind of person you love to deal with every time.
