Our HVAC has had issues and I struggled to find some parts and materials, Dan asked if I needed help and I showed him what I was looking for, he told me exactly where to look and what to look for, making this shop an absolute breeze and minimizing any headaches that I would normally have looking for stuff. The cashier, Skyler, was also very kind and helpful.

Angela J in Customer Service and the South Lincoln store went above and beyond to help me with my return and order the correct item. I was very happy with this service.

Husband and I were shopping for a dishwasher. Stacie greeted us not long after we arrived to the appliance area and was very helpful. She ended up helping us purchase the one we wanted and explained everything very clearly. She was also friendly and personable. We enjoyed our experience.

I’ve never had a bad experience when I ask to have my wood cut to the size I need. They are always willing to help. If the correct person I need is not in the area, staff will send the one that cuts the wood to me.

The south stories always so clean and the cashier Lynn makes funnies when you check out!
