the help there was great

When I went into the store I needed to order custom windows for my house. There wasn’t anyone available at the time I went in to assist me. The assistant manager Leslie helped me order them. She was absolutely amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Her taking the time out to help me with the whole process really shows her dedication and care for her customers. I couldn’t be happier

The delivery team went above an beyond to fulfill my large order that was placed last minute. They helped load it all into my trailer and were very friendly. Great job and thank you Delivery Team!

Store is decent but several times employees have taken it upon themselves to select "print receipt" only without asking me. I prefer email receipts. Sounds minor but is kind of irritating.

Holiday decor is always a madhouse but the Merrillville Home Depot goes above and beyond to try to help patient customers! Had outstanding customer service here a few years back and now again this year. Out of all the locations in the area, this is the best Home Depot in the area hands down.

Leslie is a great manager; helps to get things done; Ivory is so helpful and kind and goes above and beyond for the customer; wonderful experience!

My experience at Home Depot was very pleasant the workers there were very knowledgeable and kind and very helpful with all of my needs if I didn’t know where to find a product the worker would walk me to the product and actually make sure that I understood how to use it and that I had the right size that I was looking for…you guys are amazing

All of the flowers and plants are very well taken care of. There's an abundance and variety as well. Great prices and friendly employees!

I came in your store Sunday afternoon looking for a particular clay pot, star greeted me immediately she was so friendly and helpful, the entire staff was , you just don’t see this too much anymore

Home Depot has been my go-to store for many years and the Merrillville In. store since 2015...large purchases, appliances, flooring, on and on and hundreds of home project things . The helpful staff is great and many employees have become familiar and welcoming. I have family who work there, who have had only good things to say about the store. I now use online ordering and curbside pickup more since I am 85 and find it more difficult to come in and browse. This is a really great new idea, if you have the H.D. app.

We purchased a home patio door installation. Andy was extremely helpful researching all available options that would fit our budget as well as our personal preferences.

I ordered my kitchen cabinets in the store as well as my countertops. Not a lot of options. Also, the cabinet pulls/hardware offer limited choices and are outdated

Purchased a snow blower the lady that sold it to us was fantastic.

We placed a LARGE flooring order (for entire home) and Greg in flooring dept. was so knowledgeable, friendly and committed to getting our order done completely and correctly.

Get employees who know what they are talking about.

I love this store. My favorite area is the tools and the plants oh I forgot I also love the tiles section.

This location normally has whatever I need.

Any department of the store are employers to help any one with any help .

Employees were friendly and helpful. Item needed was in stock (water heater drain valve). It would have been really convenient if teflon tape was stocked in that section, since the valve requires it.

The store was very clean and well organized. I could spend all day there.
