Craig Anchel. I've shopped here a few times and before my experience with Craig, this store was just like the rest. Craig is different though, he's always positive, always in a good mood, he'll walk around to any corner of the store to help you find what you need. He never says no, he never grunts or has a negative attitude. He's just a happy, pleasant and nice guy to work with. I go back specifically because of his customer service. Craig is the man!

Employees are always friendly and willing to help. Going above and beyond to make sure you have a positive shopping experience.

Works every time. I go in with a question and either of these two will propose answers and/or solutions; try and see. Both strive for excellence…and, they deliver!

Im rating this a 5 because of Linda V. She is such a pleasant cashier. My visit to this location ended on a great note.

Although the store was short staffed, the staff was friendly and helpful in getting my purchases secured to my car.

The cashier was beyond rude. She picked an argument with my 7 year old child. Who does this???

I found all the products I needed except one. I received help to order it online at the store and then, the customer service rep, made the phone call to the credit institution in order that both transactions were merged and I received the benefits of the payment in installments.

Every time I go to the garden department at the Southside location it is a great experience. Today, Joe and the manager made my day! Joe was like a knight in shining armor!!

I have been buying in this store for the last 20 years. I just moved and I made a lot of purchases for the old house (to make it look better before I sell it) and the repairs in my new house. I always liked to go to the store and be recognized by the employees. They are great in every single department. They are always close for consultation and they are very accurate at the time to recommend. One important thing that I like is that when I ask an employee to ask questions regarding a product from a department that the employee does not belong or is not familiar with, they always say that such a product is not in the field that they understand and they can easily find the right person to help

Went out of her way to assist this senior citizen - very thoughtful and knowledgeable.

What a different lady this front employee is… She should be working in the overnight cleaning crew, NOT with costumers

When ready to check out, I needed assistance for my military discount. Gentleman readily available to asssit. Friendly encodes with week wishes for Happy Holiday when departing.

I bought a refrigerator from Home Depot. It's a pleasure to shop there. They frequently have good promotional events. It makes purchasing easier.

I get all my home improvement material and equipment from this store and one other near me. Staff always very professional, courteous and knowledgeable They take me to the aisle and then down the aisle to show me the item I need.

The girl who helped me at the checkout counter went way above and beyond! I sure wish I could remember her name. Thankful for kindness!!!

I just purchased my first ever electric lawn mower. Model RY401150US. Found a great comparison review of two electric mowers on the internet. I liked the Ryobi better for several reasons. I was glad Home Depot had it in stock. Very happy with my choice and the performance of the mower. I own a few small electric Ryobi yard tools as well. Additionally, I had a very pleasant cashier (Cheryl). She made sure one of the young guys loaded it up in the back of my truck for me.

I HAVE VISITED MANY HOME DEPOTS. I now will always go to this location. Everyone who has helped me knows the store and will help to find you the right person for the job. To name one Dennis in Dept 191 is very helpful. They always seem to be well staffed. It is always a pleasure to shop there.
