The employees were very nice and helpful. Simon especially, he got our lawn mower off a new pallet. He went through check out with me. He took mower out to my car. Measured to see if I could get it in there. He was very professional and kind.

Very friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff great customer service willing to answer questions and help you through the steps of doing DIY projects great cashier says you're cashing out willing to talk to you and start small talk and always asking if you need something else the store is always been clean and stocked for what I need when I come in I would recommend this location to anybody needing any supplies for home projects of any kind.

Purchased 100 pavers and had to make a number of trips to pickup since my suv would not hold all at the same time.Sonja in the lawn and garden department was outstanding helping me and making it a very good experience.Thanks for all of your hardwork during these difficult times.

Had a great experience at this location this weekend. When I arrived, I had to wait in a line (keeping 6 feet), and surprisingly the line went pretty quick. I only waited in line for 5mins. Then when I was in store, store associate were available to help me with 3 separate items and directed me to the right aisles to find what I was looking for. Then at the check-out line, it was well planned, and executed by the staff. Much better than my experience at the HD in Puyallup. Kudos!

I was amazed at the selection of materials. The availability was great. The staff were what made the difference with their prompt speed and kind attitudes. Just what I needed to get me through my new experience with my project. I'm replacing my home fence as I can afford. Just wanted to take the time to give Thanks!

Good customer service, competitve on price matching, and has most mechanise that an everyday dyi person would need, also on a personal note i live down the street, so it's also convenient.

I usually have excellent service at this store but on 18Feb2020 the staff on the shelf checkout register was very rude. On the normal visits, always great service

Returned a damaged water dispenser to exchange it. Since it is on the second shelf behind a cross bar. I told the lady at the return desk I would need help. She called on the radio and ask for help. the guy that answered said he would be there when he was done with another customer. After waiting about 20 minutes and not finding anyone around I got it off the shelf myself.

This store has good access, busy location and had what I was looking for.

Cashier Barbara was all smiles and quick to assist us during our "self checkout" purchase. Enjoy to see employees with a smile on their faces.

I love to go into this store. I could spend hours just looking around and pricing for future projects. My husband is disabled and I have to take care of these home projects. I love getting advice and being given advice on what to buy for each project.

ThIs store has nice friendly helpful employees. I highly recommend the tool rental area anyone you speak to there will be very helpful; also, the pro desk; they help you with making cuts on their saws, etc. It’s just a great Home Depot to shop... I’ve been to a few some of them are lacking this one is definitely not

To stand in line on just a normal busy day and a employee helps you at another register is a unexpected appreciation, keep up the great work in Spanaway

Always helpful employees!

It is the norm that someone ensures that you have been helped, or do you have question. I great place to shop and learn from experienced sales staff / craft persons. If my local store has sold out of an item, they will check without asking, and find the nearest Home Depot store(s) that has the item in stock. There were always assistance in loading your purchase or even finding you a cart or wheeled pallet. Justified returns are always honored by the return staff. A great store to shop at!

This store has been my go to for home improvement project do it’s convince in distance. Store is keep clean and staff have been friendly.

Bought doors and installation service from the Spanaway Home Depot. Curtis did an excellent job! This was refreshing after a botched job for interior door installation from the Puyallup Home Depot location.

Assistant Manager Richie was amazing, friendly, great at multi-tasking and getting the line moving! Scott who helped bring our order up was great with following up to make sure we got help loading because he kept getting stopped.

The older woman that was supposed the manager was very rude screaming across the sales floor and embarrassed my daughter and I. We felt bad for the young lady in the paint department that asked her a question. The manager needs some sensitivity training and to never yell rude things across the sales floor about customers. Probably the last time I’ll shop at that location.

I recommend this store to everyone who is looking for value, friendliness, everyone here is willing to go the extra mile for you so that you can finish projects in a timely manner. Well stocked, clean they all definitely care about what they do on a daily basis.
