I went to Home Depot in Sports Arena, always a busy store. I was really happy that the Garden Department had plenty of help that day. They helped me pick out pavers and then loaded them into the suv for me! Thanks to Mick and Dallas for all their help!

Belen Prosales is an outstanding employee she solved the problem that was not my problem to begin with but your problem you took her a couple hours to solve the problem and after speaking to people higher up it was determined it was their mistake and then she solved the problem of the date with a pro account I’ve spent over $55,000 it was due to her taking the time to straighten things out that this even got done she should be greatly recognized for her efforts

the products I was assisted buying today were all handy, useful and perfect. My experience today IS about customer service and it was Stellar!!!

Very few times in my life have I been more impressed by an associate than Charles. He went above and beyond to show me kindness and care and left me with a smile on my face in a very difficult season of life. Thank you, Charles, for the gift of joy and kindness you are spreading. What an incredible worker that Home Depot is VERY lucky to have.

We love our Cambria Summerset countertop. The kitchen has been transformed. Ava in the design department was very helpful and got a quote swiftly. We worked directly with the Kris with California Crafted Marble in Santee. Her and her crew were exceptional. Russell came out for the measurements and was top-notch and extremely accurate. The installation crew, Jonathan and Kemtrail were outstanding. Notably due to good measurements, the counter fits perfectly. A terrific experience overall. Once the backsplash and grout are complete, I'll upload pictures.

Charles was extremely helpfu. And anticipated everyone of my questions. And he was smiling the entire time.

I came here to get a carabiner for my keys and I was in a hurry but Esther pointed me to the exactly where they were. She also rung me up immediately and was so kind a courteous! Her friendliness and want to help made my whole day!

Because I really don't know what I'm doing when it comes to shopping for home cleaning. Mike W over at garden was one of the kindest and most helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of being assisted by and I want to say that I'm extremely thankful for him. He helped me by a whole bunch of cleaning solutions on aisle 4 and made me feel like I had guidance from a genuine expert.

I shop at the Sports Arena Home Depot regularly, the store is big and has repair items I need to keep the rental property in Old San Diego in great shape for the tenants! I would recommend this Home Depot for your home upgrades and repairs.

Great big store with lots to choose from, great employees very helpful, fantastic

I got screwed on a $700 appliance. Samsung washing machine leaks gallons of water. Home Depot says because I didn’t complain within 48 hours they don’t care, won’t take it back, not their fault. Samsung also says it’s not their fault. So...don’t buy a Samsung. And definitely don’t buy one at Home Depot.

As Real Estate Broker, later half of this year find myself been on couple renovation projects. Not a contracting professional, I'm in Home Depot or other similar stores daily. I've recently saved time by using their app and in the store always finding personal to quickly locate and/or advise me. Billing and customer service always pleasant and eager to serve. I love buying things at home depot. I’ve only had good experiences there. I like the paints, plants and plumbing stuff.

Of all the Home Depots I have visited from the time of their opening in West Hollywood in about 1985, this one has the most knowledgeable and friendly employees I have ever encountered. They will walk you anywhere in the store to find what you are looking for and always have more than one idea about where something is or should be located. Amazing! This is every time, not a single uncommon occurrence.

Junior  In the wood department did a great job. He knows a lot about wood and he gives excellent customer service. With the name like junior, I'll bet he makes his dad proud! Leslie  In Check out. Was a huge help. Dominic, Alex and Kalei loaded my car in ingenious ways to fit it all in!

Home Depot located on Sports Arena in San Diego is the best “go to” hardware store for all my home needs. They provide a variety of merchandise, easy to locate items with good signage and excellent customer service.

This Home Depot is the closest Home Depot to our house. It may not always be well stocked and have everything we are looking for; but I will say it's clean and the staff are certainly friendly and helpful when needed. Josue was our cashier, he was very pleasant and had a smile, even carried on a small conversation while still be sufficient in getting us checked out quickly. A smile goes a long way, keep it up!

The Garden center team was friendly, professional and gave excellent customer service. Andean helped us today and went above and beyond. He helped us select 2 pots. He gave great recommendations for potting soil and when you were out of stock in casters for the pots looked up for us the closest Home Depot that had some available. There was another associate (I can’ remember his name) who also helped us with 2 plants. He let us know the light, soil and water requirements. Thank you to your team for making our shopping trip a wonderful experience.
