the staff are very helpful, they always approach me to see if i need help, i feel welcomed! i love sawing stations, but i do t know if they have first aid or not because i cut myself at the sawing station but didn’t know where to get a bandaid,

Lydia at customer service was very rude! Didn’t want to allow us to leave the vanity we purchased at the store for 20 mins while we get a bigger vehicle for it. She said we’d have to return it then come back and buy it again. Sounded like foolishness. The other employees were sweet and let us leave it there for less than 30 mins.

This store is one I visit regularly for numerous household items. They have everything in this store, and the employees are fantastic!

This store has a very knowledgeable employee in the electrical section. His name is Fred and he has the experience that will help any customer in using the best application of your electrical needs.

We enjoy shopping at this store. It is very well organized and the employees we have met have been very nice. If you need a kitchen appliance, ask for Joseph Hights. We bought a refrigerator from him and are very happy with our purchase. He is very knowledgeable and did everything he could to make sure we got the best price..

Home Depot is the only place I shop. I have tried their competitors. I find that Home Depot offers better brands, carries more stock, keeps stocks up, and their personnel are ever present throughout the store, eager to go the extra mile in helping customers. Finding a blue smock at a local competitor has always been like hoping to find a 10 Penny nail in the plumbing section. Not found.

Staff was attentive and will to help with all my needs. The checkout like was only a couple customer deep and they openned up another line for quick checkout.

I purchased what I wanted

I just wanted to take a moment to type out a complient... I'm sure that the store's employee(s), that read this, will be grabbing their chest in mock cardiac arrest. I wanted to share that I was very pleasantly surprised to recently see stock levels rising back to pre-Covid levels. I walked through the hand tool area and was shocked to see--hooks and hooks, chock full of tools! And more were being put out, as I walked by. I went through other areas of the store and the story repeated itself, again and again. My wallet was shuddering in fear. I went to the Flooring area. I needed a sticky pad to stop my front door floor mat from moving. I asked the lady at the desk and she happily got right up and took me to the item. We discussed the two items (choice!) available. Then, after she asked me if there was anything else that she could take me to, she turned to leave, AND she staggered me when she thanked me for "Shopping at Home Depot". AND on top of all of that, I go to check out and the lady that //truly helped// me was friendly. She greeted me and asked if I was ready to check-out. (My eyebrows went up!) After I paid, and was ready to go, she looked me square in the face and thanked me for shopping at the Home Depot... I nearly dropped my bag! It is nice to be treated as a valued customer and not a virus vector. The irony was that she was wearing a mask. However, no offense was taken. She overcame the limits of the mask with a kind voice and smiling eyes and EXCELLENT service. I am hoping that this very positive trend will continue. I do miss the pleasantness of the pre-Covid shopping experience and had thought that it was gone for good. There are at least three good reasons for renewed hope.

The Springfield Virginia store is one of Home Depot exceptional service stores. Very customer service oriented producing a feeling to customer of to return to shop.

Paphada in the checkout area is always very helpful, efficient, and quick in assisting with loose hardware items such as nuts, bolts, and screws, which need to be individually coded. She is professional and knowledgeable and ensures there are no delays or backups in the checkout line.

Has what I need when I need it.

I had to exchange a very heavy item at this location. Like cotton headed ninny muggins, I forgot the receipt at home and as a result was faced with the challenge of hauling the large heavy item back to my vehicle for a second round-trip. Christina noting this absurd predicament enacted outstanding problem solving skills and customer service and OFFERED to secure the item until I returned. She affixed my name to the item to provide me peace-of-mind that no mishaps could occur and off I went. The exchange went flawless upon my return! My back, legs and I are so thankful for excellent customer service at this Home Depot location.
