Let me get start it thanking the only person that helped me with my purchase. The supervisor. Other than that i personally went to scan this item and from the app it gave me a cheaper price than the tag price. Talk to a cashier at the self checkout and they told me that they couldnt do anything about matching the price because it was an online type of deal and if i wanted to match i needed to talk to the customer service rep. They told me they couldnt help me because it was an online deal and if i wanted i had to made the purchase online and wait for the store to receive item from their warehouse and it was going to take a few days. I told them why not me making the online purchase and pick it the same day as an online purchase because they show that they have 30 of them instire to what they replied no that they would not do that for me. We are talking just $ 20 dollars difference. Upset about it

Extremely well run store. Clean, and a lot of clerks to assist in any way. And, they ask you, you do not have to seek them out. This store is a lot better than the "other" store across the street!

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Really appreciate assistance the cashier Brandy provided in checking out.

The entire visit was pleasant. Got lots of help. Kelly at checkout pointed out I was scanning the wrong code. I would have never figured that out.

As a home owner, I shop at Home Depot often. Employees are always warm and friendly. When shopping at Home Depot, I find it has always been easy to locate help when needed. I love the large variety of garden supplies & plants. My husband loves the home repair supplies, including wood, plumbing, and electrical; appliances, etc. Prices are very reasonable. I found most of their products including paper products and cleaning supplies to be priced lower than the discount stores. I find Home Depot to be a fun place to shop!

I purchased a vanity with sink but needed a side splash. Kevin Leeman helped me to locate this item when he realized that Home Depot didn't carry it in store or online. Way to go Kevin! Thanks for not giving up on finding this item for me! That's the kind of customer service I would think would be more likely at a 'Mom & Pop' type of establisment. Such personal service!

I was in the store today to purchase a Ryobi Weed trimmer Blower combo. Mark in the tool section was very courteous and professional. He walked me over to the tools I needed and was even able to sell me some accessories to go with the new weed trimmer. He seemed very knowledgeable and offered valuable advice. He took the time to answer all my questions.

Great managers, rambunctious staff. Eager to accomplish what a business should, satisfying it's customers needs.

Plumbing employee came to me as I was going down the aisle, asked if he could help and took me right to the part I was looking for. We then bought a new refrigerator. The employee made our purchase quick and easy. We were totally delighted! Thank you!

Ordered special order counter tops and my order was cancelled without my knowledge. The only reason I found out was the credit on my cc statement.

I cannot stand being forced into self check out !!! Having no register open or only one is completely crap ! And forcing the associates to bother us about surveys and credit cards is infuriating especially giving them a hard time about it. Stop it already!!

Love my Pros they know what i need

Al was extremely knowledgable on home appliances and helped make sure we were making the right purchase for us. He was patient and friendly. I would strongly suggest to visit him if you are looking for a new washer and dryer as you can't go wrong.

Needed 30 bags of cypress mulch. Thought I would be able to drive up to the mulch pallet outside and load 30 bags with the help of a nice employee. No no, the mulch is inside, all the way back. The isles were obstructed with all kinds of stuff, very hard to get my cart through several times. No help from any employee. Genius product placement.

I came in to purchase three Ryobi products. I had already verified stock and location online. I had to ask four separate associates for help, and it took 50 minutes before I received any help. I understand that high shrink items need to be secured, but a store full of associates either unable or unwilling to assist me in purchasing these items is unacceptable.

We bought a Refrigerator and a Stove the Salesman Al Martin took time to explain & show us all the products we were interested in.

Was very happy to have found a Black Stainer Drain Basket for our new Matte Black Kitchen Sink ..the price was right as well ..typically its something we would need to find online ,but this time Home Depot came thru! Thanks !

Browsing for accordion doors and Denise was there. She showed me where they were we chatted a little while on my project. Then we shared a few laughs. She did not make me feel like i was a burden nobody at Home Depot every does. But she was something awesome. Another new friendship at Home Depot. It’s my local mom & pop place.

This store is awesome, but it is always crowded because everyone in the country wants to live in St. Augustine for some reason 🙄

Home Depot has updated their military program which makes it really difficult for veterans or active duty members to get their discount. Would recommend Lowe’s instead.

June 17 2023, I walked in to pickup charcoal that was on sale. Little did I know several employees would make that visit one I'd never forget. Thanks for going above and beyond to help me with what many would think insignificant yet took time to make sure I was taken care of and treated as if I had just spent $500K! St Augustine.. Go shop at in my opinion the number one Home Depot in the USA!

I ordered a grill online for my husband for Father’s Day. Checked the assemble button so he wouldn’t have to on FATHERS DAY. I get to curbside and no one ever comes out. The app says sit back and relax. What a joke. So I call and no one answers. After about 20 minutes I go in the store. To find one customer service lady working incredibly slow. So when two other employees show up behind the counter I say can I get some help or a manager and the man ignores me until I continue to ask him for help and he says “I cannot help you”. Just wow! The second guy walks over and says do you have problem? I tell him what’s going on he tries to help. Pulls out my grill in a box not assembled. And tells me NO assembly people are there today. Again wow. They gave me money off and I went home with a grill my husband now gets to assemble himself. Terrible experience
