Laurie at the PRO Desk really goes out of her way to make things happen. She is always kind with a quick smile and answers to many difficult questions. I will go out of my way to make sure she helps me with all our projects because she is the BEST!

I had a complicated problem that she immediately understood and tried to work it through for me. I didn't get the outcome I wanted but she was absolutely professional and thorough. On the phone I was told We can't do it, go to the store. At the store, I was told it couldn't be done at the store either. But at least Elizabeth explained it well.

Having recently transferred to this area from Atlanta Georgia, this Home Depot is much better than those of experience in the Georgia market.

The employees went out of their way to help us while we were shopping and checking out.

Shopping the lawn and garden and finding someone to assist with lifting and loading items is sometimes difficult but not at this Home Depot. Thank you

Kent in the paint department was so thorough and helped me with my painting needs. He took the time to explain everything, show me the different options, and was overall excellent customer service!

Very Helpful employees and the store looks great.

Went in looking for plywood for my attic. I'm a senior lady 5"2" A lovely man explained that I could get the plywood and cut it down or simply purchase attic slats. They fit nicely into my SUV and were very manageable for me. He loaded me up I checked out. They were easy for me to put into my vehicle and easy for me to off load. Also the restrooms were clean!

I had a stellar experience at this Home Depot, from Customer Service to the Garden Center to getting product loaded in my vehicle. Everyone went the extra mile.

Tried to use a HD 15% off next instore purchase (Delivered by USPS moving welcome package). HD store refused to accept as it would not scan.

IN DECEMBER WENT TO THE ST PETE STORE AND OF COURSE THE STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY

I was there tonight and ask to speak with a manager re my por extra account and met this Manager who was fabulous at explaining the program.

I guess its part of the times having fewer employees to help but to have employees having conversations with each other rather than helping you find something is less than ideal. Its a busy store but usually has what i need. This store does have some great people like Dave who helped me buy a grill once. He's been there forever.

I had a lot of help from Charles at the ProDesk at the HD on 22nd Ave N. I kept on coming back and spent over $30K because of how wonderful he was. First class treatment!

When I went in to make a simple purchase (copying a few keys), we encountered problems with the duplicating process. The employee with whom I worked - Stephen, "bent over backwards" to make sure we were successful in duplicating my key. This was not a big sale, but he and the other employees treated me like a most important customer. You can be sure I will go back there for the big purchases!

Wow - the employees at this Home Depot went out of their way to assist me on a recent trip. So much so, that I was compelled to go right on line to praise their work. Couldn't have been any more helpful... Highly recommend this location.

Everywhere I walked, I was greeted by an employee of Home Depot. Great customer service!

Disaster zone. Seriously stay away if you need assistance and or are pressed for time. The HD brand is clearly suffering if that is an example of their brick and mortar stores. The checkout process was however excellent....this 2 stars.
