Cashier Ryan was spectacular, was able assist me immediately, had a smile on his face, was knowledgeable and courteous. He was also very good at getting me through the line efficiently. Would def come back but he needs to be applauded for his great service and helpfulness.

I came for plants (they had everything I needed) and my check oil light came on as I was pulling in to the parking lot. I asked Keith from Landscaping where I could find oil. In the course of our conversation Keith offered to check my oil. Turns out I desperately needed oil. He then helped me buy the correct oil and put it in my car for me. Best customer service ever. Thanks to Home Depot Sterling for having such a great employee. Thank you so much Keith from a grateful customer.

Store was under stocked, under staffed and I was told ‘we are understaffed, we can’t help you load your car unless you buy lumber ’ after spending over $600 this week- $120 in this visit on moving supplies. As a thin (100 lb) woman, I had to load 4 lg moving boxes and smaller boxes and items into my vehicle myself. There was also not one single cashier and I waited 25+ minutes to use self checkout all while the line grew to 20+ people behind me. Absolutely atrocious.

The flooring staff was so helpful not only with answering our questions but taking the time to review different options and helped to entertain the kids while we were able to discuss and make a big decision.

This review is more for Home Depot’s vendors rather than the store itself. We hope this review will prompt Home Depot to re-evaluate it’s relationship and choose a more reliable vendor. My husband and I frequent this Home Depot/home improvement store because of its proximity to our home. There is a Lowe’s about 2 miles further but we’ve always had good friendly service here. We came in and made a large pre-finished hardwood floors purchase and also paid $79 for delivery. It took several days for the wood to arrive to the store which we had no problems with. Home Depot contacted us to set up a delivery day/time period. We chose Saturday, May 25, 2019. The morning of delivery, we never received a call or anything from Home Depot or it’s delivery vendor. Around 1PM, my husband called Home Depot and they confirmed with the vendor that they would deliver between 4-5PM. After hearing this, my husband and I decided to run errands as we wasted all morning waiting for Home Depot/delivery vendor to contact us but never did. We got home promptly at 3:30PM. We waited again and finally called Home Depot back after 5:30PM. Home Depot reached out to their vendor once again to check on our delivery but by which time, it was already too late. We found out that the vendors “tried” to deliver the hardwood at 2PM however we were told a timeframe of 4-5PM!!! Once again, there was absolutely no call!!! Not to mention the delivery instructions specifically stated if no one was home, they had permission to leave the delivery on the driveway, which they clearly failed to read. We were on a time crunch to receive this hardwood order as our floors were being redone and contractors were already scheduled which put us on a time crunch to receive this wood. My husband and I had to scramble to get vehicles large enough (since Home Depot informed us their entire truck rental system was down) to accommodate the boxes and made 3 separate trips to retrieve the boxes from Home Depot which was massively inconvenient. Some of the wood boxes were damaged which may have exposed our wood to the environment. I was very disappointed in this transaction with Home Depot and I’m not sure I want to ever make a large purchase with them again if this is the headache we would have. The only upside is that we pleasantly got to work with Jessica who promptly located our order after the delivery vendor returned it to the store and refunded us the delivery fee. However, when we asked her how this issue can be fixed, she promptly blamed the vendor...which I under was their fault but Home Depot chose to contract with them which is partially Home Depot’s fault. Home Depot store policy is crap. We also found out that we were not the only ones affected by this “non delivery” service. While trying to retrieve our wood we also had significant help from the guys in lumber who assisted us in loading our cars with all the wood 3 different times due to our multiple trips and limited space. Without them, we never would’ve been able to take our wood home so it can acclimate to the humidity and temperature. Overall, the worst experience that we’ve had with Home Depot and it’s disappointing that it happened on such a large purchase.

Generally a clean and well stocked store.

I went to this store on the 31st of March to have some keys cut to my home. I had been standing by the key cutting station for quite some time when a young man named Alex was passing by and he was quick to ask what I needed done and got someone over right away to take care of my needs since he was not old enough to do so. Alex made my experience so much more by making my needs a priority and his ability to provide me with speedy service! He was kind and friendly and made my Home Depot trip more than a chore, but a genuine interaction/connection. Alex is the reason I’m coming back! Thank you again!

The store was very organized and I found what I need easily. The associates were so knowledgeable specially the one who helped me was, Mr. Mehran, he is a Flooring Specialist, and came up with a lot of great ideas and settings for my kitchen.

I experienced this store with knowledgeable and friendly employees and the managers who care and try to resolve the customer issues with following up and assisting them.
