The salesperson was knowledgeable and very friendly.

I rented an electric drain cable from this Home Depot. I used it and upon the return they wanted to charge me an extra 15 dollars. The clerk claimed that I wrapped the cable backwards. I told him that I didn't pull the cable all the way out of the chamber and therefore it could not have been wound in the reverse direction. The cable was 3/4" diameter and would not wind in the reverse direction unless it was fully pulled out. He told me that he would lessen the cost to 10 dollars. I reluctantly agreed because I had to get to my house and finish installing a toilet. I left the store feeling like I had been taken advantage of. Bad experience.

Poor customer service noone wants to help you. I ended up ordering products on the website having to spend gas that I shouldn't have had to and gone to 2 locations to pick up my products. I am only giving 1 star because have to this store deserves 0

Definitely think twice about coming here if you need any assistance from the staff. They are no where to be found and if you find someone they usually cannot help in that department. Overall clean and convenient if you are just picking up items from the shelves. Very frustrating and a waste of time!

I came into the Home Depot today to purchase three things. The first representative went above and beyond to try to help me find the filter for my vacuum cleaner which unfortunately she could not find. Such wonderful service! The second person was sensational as well! Tony assisted me in the lighting area finding the lightbulbs that will fit in my light sockets above my stove. The last item was an Attachment to my kitchen faucet. This man should be a trainer for New employees! He knew exactly where to go and where to find this item. He took the time to explain to me how to put this item on. In between doing all of this, he made conversation with me. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We had a very nice conversation and he made me feel very cared for and that is something that this country lacks with customer service. Typically, we are treated like numbers, like we don’t matter but with Tony it was nothing like that. Definitely businesses need more people like this man. The Strongsville Home Depot has some wonderful employees employed there. Thank you all of you for all your assistance today. I am not one that frequents the Home Depot so I appreciate you making my visit pleasant and informative!

The Strongsville store has a fantastic staff. Everyone was very helpful and were very knowledgeable in their departments. They all asked if we need help or assistances. We got help loading our car without asking for help.

I have been shopping Strongsville HomeDepot for years. Kokki in the paint dept is the absolute best! Using Behr primer/paint products have saved me time and money with a beautiful professional finish.

The Associates are very helpful and I appreciate the quality products.

I am recently retired and doing new home projects all the time now. I love this store to help me find the right products to be more successful. It's much better than just using YouTube videos.

I bought the products this week, because my project schedule moved up and Home Depot had the products and is delivering the products to my home, just in time for the contractor.

I needed a new hot water tank installed asap and called 8 plumbers, who were not available for days or weeks. Finally decided to call Home Depot and soooo glad I did! Joe & Kevin from APPC plumbing were awesome!! Thank you!

Poor customer service

I bought five bags of black two days ago and I will never do that again. There were rocks and pieces of plastic bags along with large pieces of wood

The person who helped me out with the washer area was very nice and informative as well. Her name is Claude! Very pleasant to talk to!

Although most of the Sales Associates are very friendly and helpful, just watch a few odd balls who might frustrate you with their behavior so much that you feel like going somewhere else for your shopping needs.

We purchased a lawn mower at Home Depot store in Strongsville. They had exactly what we were looking for in stock. The staff here are so helpful! They assisted us throughout the purchase including getting the lawnmower into our vehicle. We will be shopping here again!
