This store always has what I need and the employees are very helpful.

After shopping around for appliances, I returned to this Home Depot location because the Appliance Specialist here was so impressive. She walked me through various options so that I could carefully make informed selections - and stock was available!

Both Beth and Steve helped me throughout the store to try to figure out my specific needs. It was wonderful. Their customer service was over the top.

Kaitlyn Peters in the flooring department went above and beyond on my decor needs. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and very friendly. She even assisted on getting me approved for the home depot credit, which I saved $100 off my purchase and got all the cellular shades ordered. for my wife's anniversary gift. This store including her need to know I'm grateful for workers like the ones they have at this location. Thank you Kaitlyn for everything

Every time i go to the store i always find what i need with or without the help of a customer service representative, that being said cathy was quite helpful in getting me set up with a homedepot credit card as well as advising me on some questions i had about another future project.

We have bought multiple appliances at the Blaine Home Depot. We have had Di help us every time. She is so helpful, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond making sure we have all the information. Thanks Di

George was a very good cashier and did his job nicely by helping me out and helping me find specific items that I needed around the store. Most definitely will come back!

I went in the garden center to buy a dog kennel that Jonah held for me and I left with not only that but beautiful fragrant Roses that I shopped around with c.s. assoc. Sheri with and then Paul who helped me load the kennel and a smile on my face from a very wonderful pleasant experience to start a great weekend! Thanks guys! You rock!

We purchased 3 new appliances today after 3 years of searching - we'd been into home depots 6-8 times ready to buy, but never got the attention or service that made us comfortable enough to actually follow through. Until today when we met Di! She perfectly timed offering us help and leaving us be to talk and peruse. She had an answer for every one of our questions, and even when my questions seemed dumb to me, she never showed any judgment. She gave personal anecdotes to tell me what I should and shouldn't do if I buy a certain appliance, too - just extra info I wouldn't have even known to ask. We're somewhat young, so we've been treated like we're stupid or can't afford things before - it was so nice to be treated like any other person with Di. With her service plus the great prices, it would have been stupid to say no! And now we'll finally have fully updated appliances! :) thanks, Di!

KARI SPENT ALOT OF TIME WITH ME WHEN I ORDERED 2 PATIO DOORS AND 3 WINDOWS TO MAKE SURE I GOT WHAT I WANTED. MY NEXT ORDER WAS JUST ONE WINDOW BUT SHE AGAIN SPENT ALOT OF TIME MAKING SURE I GOT WHAT I NEEDED. SHE IS A FABULOUS PERSON AND EMPLOEE. YOU ARE LUCKY TO HAVE HER.

Employees engage with customers to help them find items at this store. This is a big box store with a local hardware store customer service approach.

Sales associates were friendly and helpful. So great to actually get help finding what we needed!

When coming into the store I was there to return some extra materials and when in line, it was shown to have become a lot and the one cashier was giving his upmost all to the customer he was with that had extenuating needs. Sammy came over to elevate the line and pressure the cashier had and was very helpful, quick, and made the entire experience at this store a good one from start to finish.

This is the best Home Depot in Minnesota. Everyone is friendly and they know the products and even if they have it in stock without having to go check on a computer. Great job! .

Whenever I’ve had the opportunity to visit the SW Blaine store, I come away impressed with the friendliness and genuine desire to assist customers. There is another HD store closer to my home but the service does not compare. Especially helpful is Lisa at the Pro Desk. She will work tirelessly to help overcome problems such as delays, wrong products or quality issues. I will go out of my way to visit this store 100% because of the people who work there.

I have plenty of choices and The Home Depot Northtown is the only home improvement store I will shop.

This thing is amazing! Light weight and never needs gas. Always starts! Wish they had these 20 years ago. Awesome tool
