Best customer service in Omaha

I have selected an exterior door and storm door plus handles. The ordering is short and easy. I am waiting for all parts ordered to enjoy improvement for my home.

I had to drive back an hour to get color added to my paint, and there were other people dealing with the same thing.. One unfortunate woman had multiple pails each a different color, if it had any at all. I usually don't have too much trouble at this location , don't know what happened. I've asked corporate to compensate me for my lost billable time. I will leave an appropriate review after I get a response about that.

As a small contractor, I frequent multiple Home Depot stores. Store #3203, on "L' St, seems to have more product outages, slower customer service, and general low employee morale than other locations.

Came in scattered as hell and didn’t know up from down. And Nisha made everything better.

Stopped on a Friday Morning around 8:00am and they had no cashiers to check you out

I just needed to run in quick on my lunch break and asked an associate where I could find safety cones. I was directed to where they were neatly displayed and had several to choose from.

Wayne helped fine tune questions I had about a project I was going to start. He also showed me where the power tools were I needed for the project and helpful hints using the tools.

Store associate was extremely helpful.

IF..............It's the Home Depot store on 12XXX L Street, that is. I have been both surprised and gladdened by the positivity shown by the employees at that HD Store. Keep it up.

Wife and I came in for a fridge. The one person back in the appliance area was with another customer. He saw that I was waiting, politely thanked me for my patience and called someone to help us. John came over seconds later and started our purchase. John and the other associate seemed genuinely happy to be working there and to have us choose Home Depot. I don’t know if the appliances is John’s department or not but he was extremely knowledgeable of the area and the computer systems.

Melissa was very helpful in helping me decide which toilet seat would work for me. She asked numerous questions in order for me to find one I liked. The cashier Brianna was also very friendly and fast when checking me out. They were both very helpful and very good employees.

Had to buy a small floor safe and Larnisha was the best in helping me. Her customer service was amazing

I went into Home Depot in April 2021 to order installation for two storm doors. The first door was not installed until August 2021 and the second was not installed until October 2021. This delay wasn’t a supply chain issue. It was just mismanagement from start to finish. An expensive custom door was ordered (and paid for) due to incorrect measurements that required months of delay, though the door was a standard size. No apology from Home Depot for any of the issues.

Stephen from the returns area helped me tremendously in making sure I get the credit from my canceled order to the new one. 2 other staff helped us in the process since it was tricky due to the low stock.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Their cashier Larnisha is always friendly and professional. If she can't help.me, she will put me in touch with a knowledgeable rep who works in the area.

We normally shop at the Papillion Store however we needed a five-gallon bucket of paint they didn't stock. We were pleasantly surprised with the bigger selection of items at the L Street store. The store was clean & tidy (for the most part). But most importantly, the employees we came in contact with were "top notch" - attentive, diligent and personable. This store will likely be our go-to Home Depot in the future.

Very friendly store... I was looking for a kitchen appliance package. They were very helpful, patient and asked all the pertinent questions to ensure I received exactly what I wanted.
