Spend $500 on a grill. The checkout clerk couldn’t get any information right. I gave her my 3 my email 3 times. Then I gave my phone number 3 times. She just walked away. I had to ask for a manager before I could complete the transaction.

I'm a big fan of HD as the locations provided are very convenient, employees are there to help, checking out is a breeze.

I was approached by Jitka, an enthusiastic and helpful Home Depot Associate right away; and she was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and made my shopping experience enjoyable.

Great customer service from the appliance department

I was buying tile and they didn't have enough on the shelf, but the employees were very helpful and got a whole new crate down. Everyone from the guy getting the tile, to the cashier, to the guy who helped us put everything in the car, were wonderful. Thanks

For the most part the employees of this home Depot seem to be very courteous and somewhat knowledgeable of most everything I asked for. And if they couldn't help me they led me to somebody that did and had a good attitude towards what was going on That's what's important is their attitude I give this home Depot good rating for achieving good quality people

Poor corporate policy change. $400 max per year and you must have the app so big brother may track. Spent $65 purchase was thrown a bone of a $1.10 discount. Wasn't worth it but need the irrigation parts.

I had to Google this store because I’m new in the area and my first impression left a great lasting impression because everyone was so nice, helpful, kind and courteous. Thanks to the employees that assisted me. It’s hard to find good help anymore and I really appreciate everyone’s help. Taylor at the checkout helped me create my military account and had so much patience helping and waiting on me.

Staff Allen in the flooring department address all my concerns. He assisted me in all my inquiries and take time to accomodate our needs. He is very polite, friendly and professional. I will definitely come and do shopping at home depot.

Northeast Capital Cir businesses are always better, all around, than Northwest Capital Circle. Why is that? Better customer service, better selection, cleaner..

Ask for "Tiny" ((eg Tynesha). She's a great problem solver and a breath of fresh air when the usual experience is not being able to find someone to help. In fact, the employees at store 0254 3200 Cap Circle, Tally Florida are a cut above the usual CS folks at Home Depot. And Tiny is the creme de la creme of this lot!

I bought all the supplies I needed for the yard this month at Hone Depot. Store was clean and had plenty of what I needed. Check out in the garden center was a breeze and both cashiers were friendly.

Dishwasher: Installer refused. 43 days since original purchase date: still no full refund. Complaint sent to corporate after store mgr. Had to use survey to communicate; otherwise must call or use this review to inform with complaint.

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

I really enjoyed being at Home Depot with my kids. They like the ship cart they get to drive as we shop. The employees help it be a great experience for me as a DIY dad; and they engage my kids in a way that they look forward to shopping at our Home Depot.

Is too easy to get any product using the application

I was in search of a battery-operated screwdriver, as it was on my husband's Christmas wish list. After trying to find it on my own, I went to Customer Service and asked where I'd find it. The female was *so helpful* as she knew exactly what I was looking for. She told me the aisle and bay, and off I went. However, there were *so many tools* that I was beside myself and stopped a fellow who was wearing the orange apron and asked him for help. He knew what I was looking for, and because it was higher than my 5' view, understood why I didn't see it, as it was behind a cage. He got it unlocked and hooked me up! Check-out was a breeze, and I was *so happy* to get something that will make my hubby's life a lil easier, and the price was excellent, too!

after visiting a local company and leaving frustrated, we enter the Home Depot and were greeted at the door and directed to the exact aisle where we were met by a young man named Kevin, who really knew his products. Kevin assisted us in picking out the correct lock set and re- keyed it in a matter of minutes..... super customer service and professionalism.

Tamara personally made this experience wonderful for me. I was somewhat frustrated after searching online for a dishwasher and learned that many of the models were unavailable in my area. I decided to go to the store to look and hopefully get more information to select a dishwasher. When I first went to the store, I didn’t have much time to look because I arrived about 15 minutes before the store closed. Tamara was there and helped me quickly. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and I told her I had to leave town the next day, but I would come back later. At that point, I knew I wanted her to assist me. I joked with her that I wouldn’t forget her name because I’d come back “tomorrow” and I’d remember “Tamara”. I must admit that her quiet, unassuming—yet professional demeanor was exactly what I needed to relieve my frustration and learn what I needed to know to select the right dishwasher for my family. The fact that I returned to the store five days later and searched for Tamara speaks volumes! I hope you realize what an awesome asset this young lady is for Home Depot—especially during this “Great Resignation” era. Additionally, Tamara needed a little assistance to complete my purchase because I was using a non-conventional method of payment and Sharon was there right on time! She was personable, professional, kind, knowledgeable and patient. She explained to Tamara how to process my payment and simultaneously kept me abreast of the details as she proceeded. Both Tamara and Sharon make me want to shop only at Home Depot for all my home needs! You are truly blessed to have these two young women in your company. I hope you value them and the amazing customer service they are providing. I say, give them BOTH raises, and please keep up the great work, Ladies!

This store is always a delight, friendly staff and there’s always someone nearby to help when I need assistance.

I will never use the cashier ... Ms. Christina whom had no customers I tried to keep her working by using a cashier opposed to self-Checkout ... I learned the hard way she did not want a job because she did not do hers ... never again will I use a cashier I will always use self-checkout from now on lesson learned ... the rudest cashier I have ever come across shopping at Home Depot ... I will now use Self Checkout there only!!!

I have used this store for my purchases for over 25 years. They always met my needs.

This store has the friendliest employees around. The prices are best and they always have the products I am looking for or they offer to order them in. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Makes the other big box stores look pitiful.

Awesome customer service. They go and get things if you forget them, rather than you having to go back and get them.
