Jason was very respectful, knowledgeable and professional. He assisted us in finding many items and was very informative! It’s not everyday you get customer service from someone who is not only polite but obviously takes pride in his work! Thank you Jason!

I can't remember going in to a Home Depot and not having to walk the store before finding an employee for assistance. This is NOT the case in this store! I was asked multiple times if I needed help! YAY!!! Cindy, the store manager is beyond words honestly!!! She helped with a tile and grout rental item that had a bit of a mishap occur. She is definitely an above and beyond manager.I can't remember the last time i received such incredible customer service. ALL the employees that helped in the tool rental department were also outstanding! Much thanks to Tempe location! P.S I have 2 other locations closer to me and will now go out of my to revisit this store. Sincerely Gail Ryndak

I really appreciate the helpfulness and friendliness of the employees at this Home Depot. It's usually easy to find an employee when needed, and they help with a positive attitude. Keep up the good work

I visit this store frequesntly for al my personal and real estate business needs. I always get the help I need and every one is always nice.

I bought some Vinca plants a couple of weeks ago and needed 2 more to complete planter and Home Depot has a great selection of colors in their Vince plants. Also when I checked out Lori, the cashier was quite effecient.

In the heat of the early summer, our 12-year old fridge died. Oh, no!! But, no worries, Home Depot to the rescue, with Appliance Specialist Don Sperry walking us thru the process of finding a shiny "COOL" new one. We'd give Don a rating of "5+" HIGHLY SATISFIED!! Go see Don at the Priest & Baseline store in Tempe, AZ. Thanks Don & Home Depot.

When I needed help from a female employee in plumbing, she dropped what she was working on, went a found a male employee who knew more and I was guided to find my parts and got home in just a very short while! I was picking up stuff my husband wanted and we finished that part off the project that day!

I am glad I am back in Tempe and at my Home Depot store, I forgot how friendly and polite all the employees are.

Bought a picnic table and staff was awesome in helping me. Shane & Loreli are great.

I shopped this particular Home Depot very early in the morning on this particular day and was nicely surprised how alert/friendly/helpful everyone was at that time of day. I've never had a disappointed visit at the Tempe location.

Patti Imperia, a Home Depot design consultant was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful during our visit to Home Depot. We purchased new countertops, sink and stove cooktop.

Although, like many stores, there is not enough staff however, when I needed help, the only person that takes care of the landscaping plants stopped to answer my questions, and was very friendly and helpful. CHERELLE was our cashier she was extremely helpful, and also knowledgeable

I came in the store and received phenomenal customer service from the cashier Mike. He greeted me with a smile, asked about my experience and made me laugh. Thank you Sir!

I visit frequently and usually are asked if I need help, when I get help the associate usually leads me to where I need to go. I like the place

When I needed assistance refilling my propane tank, Denise came right over to help and answer my questions. I would rate her a 5.

I purchased a water heater from the online side of Home Depot. Apparently, their online service and local service are fairly separated. I, like many, have a compact car and cannot pick up large ticket items without renting a vehicle> The water heater order came dented and Rheem's automated system dropped my call. I called my local Home Depot (this store) and was instructed to contact UPS, and UPS would contact Home Depot's dotcom side to schedule an exchange. Or, I could bring the unit in to exchange it at the store. This defeats the entire purpose of the online service. Dealing with a third party to resolve damaged or defective goods places all of the inconvenience on the customer. Well Cindy, the store manager, spoke with me and was able to resolve this with her team. She gave up time and money and pulled two of her staff just for me! Super weird. I didn't expect her to do this, but I'm extremely grateful to everyone involved at that store. I typically split my business between their competitors and this location because of convenience. I will actively inconvenience myself to shop at this location from now on. If I can fit it in my compact car or pay for delivery at store 0489, then that's what I will do. Have I mentioned how clean and organized the store is? I was at their competitor down the road yesterday, and they made it impossible to find a 3/4" pvc fitting. 0489 has always been easy to navigate and work with. Thank you so much. You saved my weekend! Do not shop the dotcom side of Home Depot if you are expecting any semblance of convenience. The age of online shopping convenience is definitely coming to an end. Cindy, and her team, have been a pleasure to work with.

i shop at Home Depot on Baseline in Tempe near Priest rd. the manager on down have always been helpful. i have purchased flooring, storage sheds, paint, BBQ supplies, my BBQ 4 burner gas grill and all the everyday items. the checkout folks are the best

We all have experienced poor customer service at stores at some time. My experience at this location was unbelievably positive. I was very lucky to receive assistance from the operations manager who took time to review, understand and resolve my issue. One of these times when you brace yourself expecting a lot of trouble, but got lucky to have a person with knowledge, expertise and a lot of patience and kindness to resolve it all. Please come to this location to experience this level of customer satisfaction!!!
